Abstract

The present invention relates to a variable capillary groove membrane throttle, comprising a base, a main body, a chassis and a flexible membrane. The main body has a metal membrane, a capillary groove and a pressure stabilization chamber; the flexible membrane is firmly fixed onto the topside of the main body and the pressure stabilization chamber is installed at a groove region of the lateral side of the main body, the membrane is disposed on the main body to be assembled with a groove at one inner side of the chassis to form a control chamber; the base comprises an inlet that connects the control chamber and the pressure stabilization chamber, and an outlet that connects with the pressure stabilization chamber. When the flow pressure of an external load is higher than that of the control chamber, the flexible membrane will be bended to generate an actuator gap between the membrane and the capillary groove of the main body, so that the size of capillary groove openings covered by the membrane on the main body becomes larger. Accordingly, fluid drag force passing through the capillary groove will be reduced, thereby enlarging the range of fluid drag force by the throttle in accordance to loading pressure variation, and achieving function of feedback outlet of loading pressure. The invention is capable of adapting to large loading variation of a single machine. Furthermore, the wide range of pressure and flow rate adjustment can be applied to general machines.
