Abstract

The present invention provides a release compound in the sintering technology of the heat pipe and its application. This release compound includes 1 to 45% Baron Nitride (BN) and 1 to 45% bonding material. The interfacing surface property between the metallic rod and brass powder will be changed through adding a liquid carrier, as the release compound is formed onto the surface of metallic rod for heat pipe sintering purpose. This process will reduce the sintering between the metallic rod and brass powder, so that the metallic rod can be easily removed from the brass tube. The metallic rod will not deform easily and can be used longer times. For the same reason, the brass tube can be used longer times and the production cost will be reduced.
