Abstract

The light emitting diode device comprises a ultra-violet light generating light emitting diode and a fluorescent material. The fluorescent material is zinc oxide series fluorescent powder, which can generates a fluorescent light beam of full band wave visible light to form the white light. Also, the fluorescent material can be added with the organic material for modification, so that the original inorganic fluorescent material possesses the organic functional group. In addition, the ultra-violet light blocking material can be included to prevent the ultra-violet light from leaking outside to the environment and to protect the organic adhesive material existing in the light emitting diode device from irradiation induced aging.
