Abstract
The subject of the invention is to provide a composition for forming dielectric layer, green sheet, dielectric layer forming substrate and manufacturing method of the same, which can obtain uniform and high-quality dielectric layer during formation of the dielectric layer by baking, even in the situation in which baking is carried out under condition of not uniformity generated by difference of baking temperature. A composition for forming dielectric layer comprising the thermally-decomposed binder, glass ingredient, and dispersant, is characterized in that: the afore-mentioned thermally-decomposed binder comes from the copolymer of polymethyl methacrylate with 1 ~ 50 wt% existence quantity of its repeating units, and the content of the afore-mentioned thermally-decomposed binder is 12 ~ 50 parts by weight as opposed to 100 parts by weight of glass ingredient. The dielectric layer forming substrate and the manufacturing method of the same are characterized in that: the composition for forming dielectric layer is molded into thin film shape to obtain the green sheet, which is used to form on the substrate the dielectric layer.
