Abstract

A mold apparatus including a cavity mold and an inner mold is provided. The cavity mold is fixed on an injection molding apparatus having a cavity surface forming a cavity that a melting material can be injected into. The inner mold fixed on the injection molding apparatus has an inner mold surface that forms the cavity when the mold is closed. The inner mold can slide backward and forward to have the inner mold opened or closed via the instruction of guiding pins. The inner mold is divided into a middle inner plate having the inner mold surface and a thin thickness, and an inner mold supporting plate having a thick thickness. The guiding pins are fixed on the inner mold supporting plate, and are inserted into the middle inner plate so that the middle inner plate can only be moved forward or backward. The guiding pins are inserted into guiding holes of the cavity mold by following how the holes are formed. First springs are disposed between the middle inner plate and the inner mold supporting plate, and first heating structures are disposed on a separation surface of the middle inner plate. Cooling structures are disposed on the inner mold supporting plate.
