Abstract

A kind of circuit board with stack layer sequence identification capability comprises an electro-conductive layer unit, an insulation layer unit and a measurement unit. The electro-conductive layer unit contains at least three mutually stacked electro-conductive layers. The insulation layer unit contains at least two insulation layers which are sandwiched between any two adjacent electro-conductive layers of the electro-conductive layer unit. The measurement unit contains a measurement line of equal width, a complete continuous reference plane and a gap. The measurement line, the reference plane and the gap are disposed in order on the same relative positions of any three continuous electro-co0nductive layers of the electro-conductive layer unit and the measurement line frame is limited to the projection region of the gap. When the stack layer sequence of the electro-conductive unit e of the circuit board is not correct, the characteristic impedance of the measurement unit will drift away from a normal value.
