Abstract

The lighting unit 27 of the lighting device 21 is made up of the organic EL element 26. The bulk resistivity of the 1st electrode 23 composed of transparent material is higher than the bulk resistivity of the 2nd electrode 25. The 2nd electrode 25 includes separated plural electrodes 25a. The lighting unit 27 includes lighting areas 27a corresponding to each electrode 25a. When the organic EL element 26 is derived by a constant current, the distance between the connect position of each electrode 25a corresponding to a terminal 29 and the connect position of external connect line 30 correspond to the terminal 29 L would be adjusted for keeping the intensity of the each lighting areas 27a approximately the same. As a result, it provides a lighting device with new structure that can keep the intensity distribution of the lighting area composed of EL element as a desired state.
