Abstract
This invention relates to a thin-film semiconductor-body (1) with an active layer (4) to generate radiation, a radiation-coupling-out face (21) arranged after the active layer, and a reflection-layer (6), which is arranged at the side, far away from the radiation-coupling-out face (21), of the active layer (4), where the thin-film semiconductor-body (1) has a photonic crystal (7). In addition, this invention relates to a method to produce a thin-film semiconductor-body (1), which has a photonic crystal (7).
