Abstract
The invention provides a casting production process of smelting vaporization with constant temperature which utilizes a casting production process of the simplified atmosphere casting technique to design for the new smelting method of smelting Mg Ni alloy with large difference of smelting points, and can add a trace of other additional element such as aluminum, iron, zirconium, titanium and so on. Through pre-taking an adequate amount of Mn/Ni weight ratio, a eutectic alloy of Mg/Mg2Ni, high purity γ phase Mg2Ni, and a compound of Mg/Ni/M with addition of other trace element (where M=Al, Fe, Zr, Ti, Cu, C, Pd, Pt, etc.) can be produced. This invention can simplify smelting equipment and obtain a eutectic alloy of Mg/Mg2Ni having different Mg contents with less time, low cost and large volume, or a high purity γ phase Mg2Ni, and a compound of Mg/Ni/M with addition of other trace element (where M=Al, Fe, Zr, Ti, Cu, C, Pd, Pt, etc.) through various process control.
