Abstract

An antenna device (1) is provided with a substrate (2) having a first plane (21), an antenna element (3), a circuit element (4) and a first pattern (6) composed of a metal. The antenna element (3) is arranged on the first plane (21), and the circuit element (4) is soldered to the first plane (21) to be electrically connected to the antenna element (3). The first pattern (6) is arranged between the antenna element (3) and the circuit element (4) on the first plane (21). A distance between the antenna element (3) and the first pattern (6) is longer than the width of the antenna element. Thus, in the antenna device (1), the substrate (2) between the antenna element (3) and the circuit element (4) is reinforced by the first pattern (6), and warping of the substrate (2) is suppressed when the substrate is being taken out from a reflow furnace.
