Abstract

A transflective liquid crystal display (LCD) panel is provided. The transflective LCD panel includes an active device array substrate, an opposite substrate, and a liquid crystal layer disposed between both. The active device array substrate has a plurality of scan lines, a plurality of data lines, and a plurality of pixel units. Each pixel units includes an active device, a reflective pixel electrode, a dielectric layer, and a transparent pixel electrode. The active device is electrically connected to the correspondingly scan line and data line. The reflective pixel electrode is electrically connected to the active device. The dielectric layer covers the reflective pixel electrode. The transparent pixel electrode is disposed on the dielectric layer and electrically connected to the active device. A portion of transparent pixel electrode is above the reflective pixel electrode. The opposite substrate has a common electrode layer facing the active device array substrate.
