Abstract
This invention provides an "improved structure of pneumatic tools," including: a body, a cylinder set, a seal cap and a controller. The body includes an air chamber, a control slot and a forward air passage and a reverse passage communicating to opposing sides of the control slot. The control slot is provided therein with a flow rate regulating hole having a cross-configuration. The cylinder set is provided in the air chamber and the cylinder set is provided at an end thereof with a forward venting hole and a reverse venting hole. The seal cap is capped over the air chamber of the body. The seat cap is provided with a through hole at a location corresponding to the control slot. The seat cap is formed with a forward venting slot for communicating the forward passage to the forward venting hole and a reverse venting slot for communicating the reverse passage to the reverse venting hole at a side thereof. The controller has an end pivoted to the through hole and extends into the control slot of the body. The controller is provided at opposing sides thereof with a forward guide slot and a reverse guide slot extending along an axial direction and not intersecting each other, so as to allow various positional changes in cooperation with the flow rate regulating hole to achieve the effect of adjusting the rotating speed of the cylinder set and changing directions. As such, the axially-extending forward and reverse guide slots of controller can be easily machined to effectively simplify the manufacturing process and reduce the manufacturing cost.
