Abstract

Method and apparatus for manufacturing a liquid crstal display device are provided. The method and apparatus can adjust the forming of the injected liquid crystal and the amount of the injected liquid crystal effectively, and can decrease the time and cost of the process. The manufacturing method includes the following steps. Firstly, a step to form a first and a second substrate is provided. Secondly, a solid liquid crystal is formed. Thirdly, the solid liquid crystal is disposed on any of the said first or second substrate; meanwhile, a sealant is formed on any of the said first or second substrate for combining the aforementioned substrates. Finally, the solid liquid crystal is liquefied and the said first and second substrate are combined. Therefore, the method for manufacturing the liquid crystal display device for adjusting the forming and the amount of the injected liquid crystal effectively is provided.
