Abstract

The present invention is to provide a green sheet not generating standby line and hit mark at a process of laminating a base plate, a laminate having a green sheet layer, a dielectric layer forming base plate formed by the green sheet, and to provide manufacturing method of the same. The green sheet, formed by turning a dielectric layer composition containing at least glass component and thermolytic binder into a film, has an yield strength of not smaller than 1.5 MPa, a fracture strength of not less than 0.8 MPa, and Young's modulus of not smaller than 10 MPa. The lamination body is formed, by laminating the green sheet on a carrier film and laminating a protection film on the green sheet. A dielectric layer forming base plate, having the dielectric layer formed by using the green sheet on the base plate, and the manufacturing method of the same are provided.
