A storage box (8) is arranged below an openable/closable seat (10), and a side grip (23) curved downward of a side of a vehicle body is integrated with a rear upper end of the storage box (8). A recess (43) along the swollen shape of the side grip (23) is formed on a bottom plate (40) of the seat (10). An outer edge (51a) of the seat (10) extends downwardly so as to cover the outer side of the side grip (23), and a lower end of an extension part (53) of the side grip (23) is set to the same height as a terminal part (52) of the outer edge (51a) of the seat (10), or higher than that.
