Abstract

The present invention discloses a light-emitting module and a light source. The light-emitting module includes a metal printed circuit board (PCB), numbers of light-emitting units mounted on a surface of the metal PCB, and a cooling system. The cooling system includes a heat receiving section attached on the opposite surface of the metal PCB to the light-emitting units, an outside cooling loop passage associated with the metal PCVB, and a cooling fluid flowing through the loop passage. The uniform cooling system can swiftly transfer heat generated from light-emitting module, and thus maintain a stable drive current and color temperature of the light-emitting units. Thus, a power of the light-emitting module is improved. The light-emitting module is available for various light sources and display apparatus.
