Abstract
A conductive film which includes an oxide of indium and/or tin and zinc oxide as main ingredients and has an electric resistance of a surface layer part of the conductive film larger than that in the conductive film. The organic electro-luminescence element of the present invention includes opposing electrodes and an organic layer including an organic light emitting layer between the electrodes, and the conductive film is included in one or both of the electrodes.
