Abstract
The present invention relates to a method of dissolving edible nanometer pearl in water characterizing by grinding pearls into pearl powder with 250 to 500 nanometers. Then, water is added into the pearl powder in an amount of 30 to 50 fold relative to the pearl powder and shaking thereof so that the nano-pearl-powder is dispersed in water to form pearl solution. The same volume of edible citric acid grain is added into the pearl solution. Citric acid is dissolved in the pearl solution after shaking, so that the transparent calcium citric solution containing rich minerals and amino acids ionizing in water is obtained.
