Abstract

A method for continuously manufacturing recycled leather, including the steps of: collecting leather materials; shredding the leather materials into leather shreds; silk brooming the leather shreds to obtain leather shred fibers; pulping the leather shred fibers with water to form leather pulp; refining and grinding the leather pulp; mixing medication containing enhancement resin, swelling agents, high polymer wet strengthening agents and fixing agent with the leather pulp;; controlling and mixing the medication prior to dispending; evenly interweaving the fibers over a forming mesh that moves continuously, so as to form a strip-like and continuous recycled leather along with the movement of the forming mesh and continuous drying of leather pulp. As such, the manufacturer can easily control the thickness of the continuous recycled leather and maintain the bonding strength among the fibers to ensure durability, while the length dimension can be extended continuously to allow various fields of applications and to significantly increase throughput.
