Abstract
A conveyer apparatus with a holder is provided. The conveyer apparatus comprises a plurality of roller shafts moving a substrate in a first direction and a holder for elevating the substrate. The roller shafts are substantially perpendicular to the first direction. The holder comprises a base having a plurality of bar members. Each bar member is inserted into the space between two adjacent roller shafts. Moreover, both ends of each bar member extend upward respectively and connect to each other so as to form two longitudinal holding portions.
