The minimum value of the pressure loss from the returning-side communication pipe (19) from the outlets (24, 34, 44) of each single-section-side utilizing facilities (12, 13, 14) to the inlet (61) of the heat source facility (11) occurs in the returning-gas-side communication pipe (19) that is connected with the utilizing facility (14) with the lowest setting value of temperature among the multiple single-section side utilizing facilities (12, 13, 14).
