Abstract

This patent proposes a tidal power generation method with the water from rivers. The river drains into the tidal power basin at the flood tide period in order to increase the water level inside the tidal power basin. Then the water from the tidal power basin is led into the sea to generate electricity at the ebb tide period. By doing so, the power generation capacity will be increased. This generation method is superior in generating capacity to traditional methods.
