Abstract
A formula for stimulating biological active substance to enter skin or mucous membrane and the application of the same includes formula containing skin absorption accelerant and biological active substance, an ultrasonic generating device, a controller that controls the production of ultrasonic waves, and a supplying system that provides biological active substance. When applying ultrasonic waves to the supplying system of biological active substance, biological active substance can safely and effectively permeates skin and mucous membrane into adipose tissue or muscle. The frequency range of ultrasonic wave of this invention is 20kHz to 3.0MHz, and the ultrasonic power range is 0.2W/cm2 to 2.5W/cm2. Within the range of frequency and power, ultrasonic waves can safely and effectively make biological active substance permeate into skin and adipose tissue or muscle. Supplying system providing biological active substance may include levorotary C, vitamin A, vitamin E, and so on. Supplying system of biological active substance contains skin absorption accelerant, with two different mechanisms of ultrasonic wave and skin absorption accelerant, which effectively accelerate biological active substance to permeate to preset location.
