When the operation handle is lifted around a pivot shaft as a center in a plane perpendicular to the front of a door, by moving the contact point with cam body from a first step-face to a second step-face by means of a cam protrusion of a operation handle, the lock shaft moves backward with respect to base body and stopping member detaches in the direction of said receiving body, in the meantime, stopper gets away from restraining groove so that rotation restriction of operation handle and skirt body with respect to base body may be released, furthermore, stopping member may be turned to take shelter in the position where receiving body will not be interfered while the door opening operation is being carried out.
