Abstract

The invention provides a vacuum lamination apparatus and a lamination method to realize excellent following adhesiveness of a film-like resin layer toward fine patterns on substrate and excellent surface flatness of a laminate together with excellent follow-up property and adhesiveness of a film-like resin layer toward a substrate even after repeatedly using for more than 10,000 times, and useful for a build-up process. The invention relates to a vacuum laminating system and a laminating method using the same. The flexible sheet 3 has a fiber layer 17.
