Abstract
The invention provides a vacuum lamination apparatus and a lamination method to realize excellent following adhesiveness of a film-like resin layer toward fine patterns on substrate and excellent surface flatness of a laminate together with excellent follow-up property and adhesiveness of a film-like resin layer toward a substrate even after repeatedly using for more than 10,000 times, and useful for a build-up process. The invention relates to a vacuum laminating system and a laminating method using the same. When forming a laminated product [A] by laminating of a film-like resin layer 2 onto a substrate 1 having irregularity surface, the vacuum laminating system performs the following steps: providing an upper plate 5 with a flexible sheet 3 and a lower plate 6 with a flexible sheet 4; mounting and interposing the substrate 1 having irregularity and the film-like resin layer 2 between the flexible sheet 3 of the upper plate 5 and the flexible sheet 4 of the lower plate 6; lifting up the lower plate 6 to become under sealed engagement condition with the upper plate 5; after making a space section 7 formed between the lower plate 6 and the flexible sheet 3 into a vacuum condition, putting atmospheric air or compressed air into a gap section 8 formed between the upper plate 5 and the flexible sheet 3 to inflate the flexible sheet 3; and thereby tightly pressing the substrate 1 and the film-like resin layer 2 between the flexible sheet 3 and the flexible sheet 4. The flexible sheet 3 has a fiber layer 17.
