Abstract

The present invention relates to a method of treating cancer, particularly colon cancer, comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of a PDE5 inhibitor to a warm-blooded animal, preferably a human, in need thereof. Preferably the PDE5 inhibitor is 3-isobutyl-8-(6-methoxy-isoquinolin-4-ylmethyl)-1-methyl-3,7-dihydro-purine-2,6-dione.
