Abstract

A manufacturing method for optical information storage medium comprises a first recording stack forming process, a spacer-gel layer forming process, a second recording stack forming process and a second substrate bonding process. The first recording stack forming process is forming a first recording stack over a first substrate. The spacer-gel layer forming process is forming a spacer-gel layer over the first recording stack then stamps a stamper with the spacer-gel layer wherein the stamper's diameter is greater than the first substrate so that the stamper is revealing to the first substrate, and imposes at least one external force on the revealing part of the stamper to separating the stamper and the spacer-gel layer. The second recording stack forming process is forming a second recording stack over the spacer-gel layer. The second substrate bonding process is bonding the second substrate and the second recording stack to forming a optical information storage medium.
