Abstract

This invention relates to a grinder with easily removable polishing disc, within the main body of which is equipped with a revolving shaft to provide the installation of a polishing disc onto the bottom of the revolving shaft in order that the revolving shaft can be used to drive rotation of the polishing disc; a revolving article, which is firmly connected to the bottom of the revolving shaft for synchronous rotation with the revolving shaft; a cassette-fixing mechanism, which is installed to the main body and able to move upwards and downwards along the installation position. When the cassette-fixing mechanism moves downwards to the position of a stuck brake, the revolving article will be fixed to make the revolving shaft unable to rotate in order for the replacement of the polishing disc; after completion of the replacement procedure, the component of the cassette-fixing mechanism is moved upwards to a position of release for not fixing the revolving article such that the revolving shaft returns to the state able to rotate.
