200524719 玖、發明說明： 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明涉及具有毛髮的剪切功能、毛髮的梳理功能 頭皮的按摩功能的毛髮用刷子，及其毛髮用刷子中使用 毛髮刷子之可替換刀具。 【先前技術】 藉由梳理毛髮、局部性剪切多餘毛髮並同時按摩頭 而美化毛髮的的方法正在廣泛流行。 在這種作業時，傳統的方法是根據不同目的、使用 立的梳子剪刀進行毛髮的梳理作業和剪切。 在毛髮調整的同時按摩頭皮的毛髮用刷子也己為人 所熟知。 在前述的習知技術中，哈7. 習知技術的刀具76如圖1 3所示，與鬃絲74平行狀地 立設在毛髮用刷子本體72上。使用時，刀具76的刀刃76a 相對於毛髮Η朝向直角方向（參照圖1 4 )。 盡管可藉由鬃絲74來進行毛髮的梳理作業和頭皮的 按摩，並以刀具76進行毛髮Η的剪切，但由於刀具76的 刀刃76a係相對於毛髮Η沿直角方向移動，故會造成毛髮 剪切量過多的現象，如圖1 4所示，其顯示毛髮階梯狀剪切 的現象。此將成為所謂「剪得長短不齊」的狀態，而有毛 髮不齊的關鍵性問題。 本發明的目的在於解決上述習知技術結構所存在的問 題，提供藉由一次作業便可同時進行毛髮梳理和頭髮皮按 摩，且髮絲和刀具相對於頭皮的傾角度調整無須任何熟練 度和要領的情況下即可剪切毛髮的毛髮用刷子。 另一個目的的在於提供使用時不用擔心因刀具而損傷 頭皮之一種安全性優良的毛髮刷子。 下文將再列舉說明本發明的目的。 本發明係提供一種毛髮剪切時不會發生「剪得長短不 齊」的毛髮用刷子。 本發明更可提供因刀具使用造成的鈍化而可進行刀具 替換的毛髮用刷子，提供可加倍毛髮剪切量的毛髮用刷 4 200524719 子，提供可平滑地將毛髮導入刀具與鬃絲之間的毛髮用刷 子等。 又一目的在於，本發明係提供可剪切頭皮側毛髮的毛 髮刷子之可替換刀具。 毛髮刷子之可替換刀具的其它目的，因與毛髮用刷子 的目的有許多共同點，此處可參考毛髮刷子的其他目的。 毛髮用刷子的其它目的與毛髮刷子替換刀具的其它目 的都可以參照以下的說明及其附圖而領會。 【發明内容】 本發明的第1實施例是一種在刷子本體上立設有多根 鬃絲的毛髮用刷子，在所述鬃絲的旁邊立設具有刀刃的刀 具。 所謂本發明中的用語「鬃絲」是指在刷子本體上的立 設物，可稱之為刷齒、梳齒、刷毛等各種名稱，這些用語 都是通用的。通常該等鬃絲是細長的針狀物，但除了橫斷 面的形態是圓形之外，也可以是有棱角的形狀。 又，在鬃絲中，當然也包括將豬毛等的獸毛的多根扎 成斷面圓形的形狀。 其中，所謂在鬃絲的旁邊立設具有刀刃的刀具，是指 除了刀具與鬃絲鄰接之外，還包含不是鄰接、而是在位於 相鄰的鬃絲間隔間，將刀具間隔地立設在刷子本體上的意 思。 本發明的第2實施例是將第1實施例所述之刀具的刀 5 200524719 之刀刃係經設置以朝向該等未設有刀具的鬃絲。 本發明的第1 4實施例是一種在刷子本體上立設有多 根鬃絲的毛髮用刷子，在刷子本體的一定範圍内且在鬃絲 之間設置高度比鬃絲低的刀具，刀具的刀刃面向刷子本體 的外側，同時配置成可與刷子本體分離的狀態。 以下說明的第1 5〜第2 5的實施例都是涉及毛髮刷子 之可替換刀具的發明。 本發明的第1 5實施例的毛髮刷子之可替換刀具是在 刀具組座上立設鬃絲，在所述鬃絲的旁邊立設著具有刀刀 的刀具。 本發明的第1 6實施例是將第1 5實施例的毛髮刷子之 可替換刀具中，在刀具組座上立設數個鬃絲，並在所述鬚 絲的旁邊立設具有刀刃的刀具，而刀具的刀刃係與鬃絲對 向狀配置。 本發明的第1 7實施例的毛髮刷子之可替換刀具是刀 200524719 具立設在刀具組座上。 本發明的第1 8實施例是第1 5或第1 6實施例的毛髮刷 的延伸線，並於該護套上呈一定間隔設置。 本發明的第24實施例是在第i 5〜第23實施例的毛髮 刷子之可替換刀具中，在刀具組座上分別立設鬃絲，且該 可替換刀具上裝設有數個刀纟，而該等未設有刀具的鬃絲 係立設於該刷子本體上，且該等刀具之刀刃係經設置以朝 8 200524719 向該等未設有刀具的鬃絲。 本發明的第25實施例的毛髮刷子之可替換刀具是在 刀具組座上以一定的間隔立設一對刀具支持構件，且該刀 具的刀刃係指向該刷子本體的外側，並可與該刷子本體分 離。 本發明的第1實施例因採用了上述結構，故可獲得如 下的作用效果。 通常刷子係以鬃絲端朝向毛髮，並沿著頭皮的方向由 頭部開始向頭頸側移動。 於此情況下，習知技術的梳子是採用梳齒與頭皮的線 接觸的方式，故必須將梳齒保持一定的傾斜角度，但該保 持一定傾斜角度的動作需要熟練度和要領，而且會使該動 作變得麻煩。 但是，本發明中因設置有多根鬃絲’故可以絲毫不用 考慮鬃絲傾斜角度的調整，只要單純將鬃絲與頭皮抵接即 可使用，因此相當的方便。同時因設置有多根鬃絲，只要 單純將毛髮用刷子的鬃絲群與頭皮抵接即可進行面接觸。 因此，除了不用像習知技術那樣需要調整鬃絲傾斜角 度外，還由於可始終將毛髮剪切時的刷子位置保持一定， 故可均勻的進行毛髮的剪切、梳髮和按摩。 又，在本發明中，因刀具係立設在鬃絲的旁邊，故毛 髮剪切的方法與習知技術並不相同’本發明並非將刀具相 對於毛髮直角方向作移動來剪切毛髮，而是藉由將刀具相 對於毛髮呈平行方向，亦即毛髮線的方向作移動來進行毛 9 200524719 髮剪切。在此情況下，理論上被導入的毛髮（例如曰本 毛式的毛髮群）係處於與鬃絲和刀具的刀刃平行的位3 發明認為實際上鬃絲和刀具的刀刃的動作受著人手的 和圓弧面（即頭皮的形態）所支配，再加上受到扎束狀 、具’將可得到與第14實施例相同的作用效果。 【實施方式】 下面參照附圖說明本發明實施例的毛髮用刷子1 〇和 15 200524719 毛髮刷子之可替換刀具20的發明。 本發明是一種吾人所熟知的毛髮用刷子和毛髮剪切用 的刀具的組合件，其可一邊梳理毛髮、一邊將多餘的毛髮 剪切。 下面說明實施例1的毛髮用刷子1 〇。 本實施例中係對以下3個内容進行說明：（1) 一毛髮用 刷子10，其中數個刀具18係固定於一刷子本體14上；（2) 一毛髮用刷子1〇,其中一用於毛髮刷子之可替換刀具組20 係至少包括數個鬃絲12以及刀具1 8，且其可裝取自如的 設於刷子本體14上；（3)—毛髮用刷子10，其中一用於毛 髮刷子之可替換刀具組僅包括於刷子本體14上裝設可裝 取自如的刀具。 刷子本體14上固定有刀具18的毛髮用刷子10之基本 結構是：在立設有多根鬃絲1 2之刷子本體1 4的毛髮用刷 子1 〇中，數個具有刀刀1 8 a的刀具1 8係立設於該等鬃絲 12旁，同時刀具18的刀刃18a與鬃絲12係呈對向配置（參 照圖1、圖2、圖4 )。 已知毛髮用刷子1 〇是由具有鬃絲12的刷子本體i 4 和把手16所構成，刷子本體丨4通常是細長狀，具有長邊 和紐邊，但該等結構不應視為本發明的限制。此外，發明 人對無把手16的結構、非呈細長形態結構的刷子本體η 也作了限定。同時本發明中亦不限於把手16相對於刷子本 體14是否可擺動的態樣。 眾所周知，這種刷子名每太# 1yl ’丁隹这本體14上的安裝位置係可自 16 200524719 由作變更（參照圖1 )。在毛髮用刷子i 〇上，眾所周知的 是可在刷子本體1 4下面立設前述的多根鬃絲1 2。 鬃絲1 2的配置分為其間距的間隔呈一定和不一定兩 種場合，但本發明並不限於該等態樣。 從生產效率和生產成本來考慮，鬃絲12與所述本體 1 4最好皆為塑性材料，但本發明不限於所施用的材質。例 如’眾所周知，亦可將豬毛等的獸毛多根扎的成東視為一 個單位，並以多個單位構成多個鬃絲，這是自由的。 鬃絲1 2的前端（使用時的頭皮側）在使用時係與人的 頭皮T作接觸，為了在梳理毛髮η的同時具有頭皮的按摩 作用，最好是形成緩沖性佳的斷面圓弧狀，有利於消除頭 皮τ的損傷或弄痛頭皮（參照圖1〜圖4 )。 本發明對鬃絲1 2的形態亦不作限定，但通常是以吾人 所知橫斷面呈圓形的細長針狀者為佳。 於此情況下，將具有可利用現有刷子及其生產設備的 優點。 另一方面，在本發明中，圖示的是在鬃絲12的旁邊、 在刷子本體14的下面立設具有刀刃18a的板狀刀具18， 其可在一定的扎束狀態下剪切毛髮Η (參照圖3、圖4 )。 在鬃絲1 2旁立設刀具1 8的情況下，刷子本體1 4的所 有區域設置刀具18會造成過多的毛髮Η被剪切的可能 座’一般而言，只要如圖1所示設置成占據刷子本體14 疋的區域即可。 為了適用於毛髮特別多的人或某種目的，在剪切大量 17 200524719 毛髮的情況下，當然不限制僅將刀具1 8設置在刷子本體 14的一定區域内。 圖示可知，從刷子本體 14的中央至前端近設置了 5 個刀具1 8，但本發明並不限定刀具的個數與位置。 雖然前文已對鬃絲 1 2旁立設刀具 1 8的結構作了說 明，但從相互鄰接的鬃絲12與刀具1 8間的毛髮Η的角度 來考慮，配置較佳如圖1、圖3、圖4所示，亦即將刀具 1 8的刀刃1 8 a相對於鄰近的鬃絲1 2進行配置。 刀具1 8的結構可以像剃刀一樣是在一側具有刀刃1 8 a 的板狀物，旁邊有斷面大致呈U字狀（由塑膠材質所製）之 蓋體18b，在該蓋體18b内裝有刀刃18a，其並向蓋體18b 的開口部側露出。 在將刀具18裝設於斷面呈U字狀（由塑膠材質所製） 的蓋體1 8b内時，可藉由所謂插入成形的方式簡單地實施。 在將刀具1 8的刀刃1 8 a的高度設計為與鬃絲1 2相同 程度的情況下，因刀具18的刀刃18a與頭皮T接觸時往 往會損傷頭皮T，故可使用前述塑膠材質製的蓋體18b， 利用塑膠材質製的蓋體18b將刀具18的前端蓋住，藉此將 具有防止損傷頭皮T的優點。 如圖2、圖4所示，發明人還預定了在刀具18的蓋體 18b上，在相對於刀具18的刀刃18a之延伸線的直角方向 上以一定間隔的方式設置突出部 18c，其係超過刀刃18a 的延伸線而略為露出。 除可增加蓋體18b的強度外，藉由一定間隔設置之突 18 200524719 出部1 8 c，可利用突出部1 8 c將導入刀具1 8與鬃絲1 2間 的毛髮Η分開，而不用擔心會過度剪切毛髮Η。 發明人更將刀具1 8的高度設計成較鬃絲1 2的高度為 低。 刀具18因通常是使用一般的金屬材料，故本發明中使 用刷子1 0時，必須避免刀具1 8的前端側與人的頭皮Τ接 觸而弄傷頭皮Τ。 為此，本發明藉由將鬃絲12的高度設計成比刀具1 8 低的方式，在使用刷子1 〇時，將可使鬃絲1 2的前端係與 頭皮Τ接觸、而刀具18的的前端不與頭皮Τ接觸。 雖然本發明已對刀具1 8的高度作了低於鬃絲1 2的限
