Abstract

An organic electroluminescent device includes a plurality of protrusions disposed over a substrate; an anode and a cathode; and a light-emitting layer disposed between the anode and the cathode. The anode, the cathode and the light-emitting layer are formed on the protrusions such that the surfaces of the anode, the cathode and the light-emitting layer are uneven.
