Abstract

The present invention provides a dual band antenna. A coplanar wave guide is printed on one side of a dielectric substrate so that one end of the coplanar wave guide can be used as a signal feed end. Meanwhile, a grounding metal face is printed on the same side of the dielectric substrate corresponding to a periphery location of the coplanar waveguide. The grounding metal face maintains a specified clearance with the coplanar waveguide. The other end of the coplanar waveguide extends longitudinally and radially from the grounding metal face to form a radiation body. One end of the longitudinal shaft extends towards the other side to form a winding wire. One end of the winding wire extends to form the other radiation body. The two radiation bodies are located on the two sides of the winding wire and are not only parallel to each other, but also maintain a parallel clearance with the edge of the grounding metal face. Thus, each radiation body can be used to separately receive signals at a specified frequency band.
