Abstract

A dual band monopole antenna includes a substrate, an electrically connecting portion, a first frequency radiator, a second frequency radiator, a radiating metal wire, and a transmission wire. The substrate has a first surface and a second surface. The electrically connecting portion disposes on the first surface of the substrate and has a feeding point. An end of the first frequency radiator is electrically connected to the electrically connecting portion. The first frequency radiator, which is disposed on the first surface, is extended to a first direction. An end of the second frequency radiator is electrically connected to the electrically connecting portion. The second frequency radiator, which is disposed on the first surface, is extended to a first direction. The radiating metal wire, which is neighbor to the second frequency radiator, is disposed on the first substrate. The transmission wire is electrically connected to the feeding point.
