The invented production method for a liquid crystal display panel comprises: a sealant disposing step for disposing a sealant on the main surface of one or both of the two mutually-pasted substrates; a liquid crystal dropping step for dropping liquid crystal on any one of the two substrates; a bonding step for bonding the two substrates together; and an irradiation step for irradiating the sealant with a ultraviolet ray, the irradiation step changing the wavelength distribution of the ultraviolet ray in the middle of the step.
