Abstract

The present invention is to provide an extrusion molding machine which can improve production efficiency by preventing the backflow of a fluid for foaming. The extrusion molding machine has a silo to which an expandable material is supplied, a cylinder and a screw for conveying the material supplied to the silo while kneading the material, a tank which is connected to the supply route between the silo and the screw and houses water, a die connected to the tip of the cylinder, and a heater which melts the material and heats the material from an initial temperature lower than the vaporization temperature of water to a final temperature for completely vaporizing water in six steps from the silo side base end toward the die side tip of the cylinder.
