Abstract

The present invention provides a method and device for mixing and filling two liquids (1). The method comprises using an acid liquid filling unit to fill an acid liquid into an acid liquid injector; using a mixing agent filling unit to fill a mixing agent into a mixing agent injector, wherein the inner diameters of the two injectors are set to be in proportion; then using a fixed quantity control unit to fill a fixed quantity of acid liquid and a fixed quantity of mixing agent into a mixed combination from the acid liquid injector and the mixing agent injector, respectively, for being uniformly mixed as a thick battery liquid; finally using a filling unit to guide the thick battery liquid into a battery vessel of a battery, thereby completing the filling operation. Accordingly, because the thick battery liquid can be quickly filled into the battery vessel, it is able to prevent the thick battery liquid from being glued and cured.
