Abstract
Disclosed is a method for preparing a polyglutarimide by reacting an acrylic resin with an imidizing agent. The method uses a supercritical fluid, preferably supercritical carbon dioxide to remove unreacted materials and by-products, and thus can provide a polyglutarimide having excellent optical properties.
