Abstract

The present invention relates a polyurethane comprising polyester polycarbonate polyol (C) produced by ester exchange reaction of an aliphatic diol carbonate-oligomer (A) produced by an ester exchange reaction of aliphatic diol (a) and dialkyl carbonate (b), and an polyester polyol (B) produced by ring-opening addition polymerization of cyclic compound (d) using active hydrogen group containing compound as an initiator (c); polyisocyanate (D); and chain extender (E). The surface skin of synthetic leather using the said polyurethane shows excellent properties of hydrolysis resistance, weather resistance, appearance and softness, etc.
