Abstract
The present invention relates to a compound combination box comprising a box portion and a lid portion. The lid portion covers over the box portion. The box portion comprises an inner box layer and an outer box layer. Inside surfaces of the walls of the inner box layer forms a plurality of grooves for receiving fragile boards. At least one wall of the inner box layer forms at least one box rail on its outer surface. The outer box layer is a hollow structure for receiving the inner box layer. Walls of the outer box layer form on its inside surface a recessed slot corresponding to the box rail. The material of the outer box layer is different from that of the inner box layer. The material of the inner box layer is a foam material and the material of the outer box layer is a fire-proof material or an anti-electrostatics material for providing effect of fire-proofness and anti-electrostatics. When the grooves are damaged, the inner box layer can be replaced alone and the outer box layer can be repeatedly used whereby the costs can be reduced. Further, the foaming rate of the foam material constituting the inner box layer exceeds 30 times higher than before.
