Abstract

The present invention is related to a kind of system and method for automatically dispatching driving-vehicle. In the invention, a vehicle-carried wireless apparatus combining two-way wireless transmission system with global positioning system is mounted on the mobile vehicle such that the driving-vehicle control center is capable of performing two-way wireless communication and grasping the position-coordinates of the mobile vehicle so as to dispatch an appropriate mobile vehicle to the assigned position after comparing the position coordinates of the mobile vehicle with the assigned position coordinates. The driving-vehicle control center calculates the estimation value of each mobile vehicle based on the dispatching principle to assign the mobile vehicle having the smallest estimation value. The dispatching principle includes the consideration of arrival time for the mobile vehicle to drive to the assigned position coordinates and/or the averaged utilization number of mobile vehicle. In addition, when the mobile vehicle refuses to accept the assignment, the mobile vehicle having the next smallest value will be assigned. The process is repeated till one mobile vehicle accepts the assignment.
