Abstract
The present invention provides a water quality information operational processor capable of supporting the civil engineering structure, aeration condition, instrumentation, operation condition and the like of a proper biological reaction tank satisfying a target treated water condition. This water quality information operational processor has a means for setting the concentration of sludge in a reaction tank, a means for setting the concentration of inactive solid matter in sludge concentration information, a means for operating the concentration of microorganisms from the concentration of the inactive solid matter in the sludge concentration information, a means for operating the concentration of autotrophic bacteria in the sludge concentration information, a means for operating the concentration of phosphorus accumulating bacteria in the sludge concentration information, a means for operating the concentration of heterotrophic bacteria in the sludge concentration information, a means for setting the operation condition of a processing process and an SVI (sludge volume index) setting means for inputting the sludge sedimentation index of a final sedimentation basin.
