Abstract

A method for manufacturing a flexible laminated board is provided so as to make it possible to flatten irregularities or wrinkles on the surface of a metal foil of the flexible laminated board and to make it easily to handle the flexible laminated board in a following process for processing the same. In the method, a laminated board (1) obtained by forming a resin layer made from a resin solution on a metal foil is transferred through a flattening process under an atmosphere of 200~450 DEG C, in which compressed gas jet devices (6), (7) are disposed before or after the surface of the metal foil is brought into contact with surfaces of a plurality of rollers (2), (3) having metal-made surfaces and a radius of 100~1500mm, so as to flatten the bends of the metal foil by compressed gas jetted from the compressed gas jet devices, while the rollers are rotated and the laminated board is transferred at a rate of 1~10 m/min under a state that the surface of the metal foil contacts the metallic surface of the rollers at a range of 2/5~4/5 of the circumferential length of the rollers and a tension force is applied in the flow direction of the laminated board, and then the obtained long flexible laminated board is continuously wound.
