Description

由 technical Zen T, the prior art, the content, the embodiment, and the diagrams of the invention) [Technical field to which the invention belongs] The present invention relates to a wiring provided with a crimping groove Board, a combination socket that presses the wires of the insulated sheathed wire into the crimping grooves of the terminal board to connect. 5 [Prior art] Hitherto, as a cable for information communication, a double-button cable that houses and retracts several pairs of double-button cables has been widely used, and a combination socket having a junction box for connecting the double-button cables has been widely used. As such a terminal box, a terminal box provided with a terminal board having a crimping groove is known. The terminal board is formed into a two-forked fork shape with a crimping groove with 10 openings on one periphery. If the wires constituting the double button cable are crimped into the crimping groove, the insulation sheath of the wire is cut off around the crimping groove ' The core wire is crimped around the crimping groove. That is, as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the terminal box 2 is provided with a plurality of protective walls 23 protruding from the terminal board 24 to protect the terminal board 24, so that the crimping grooves are formed. 24a 15 corresponds to the adjacent protective wall 23 to configure the wiring board 24. As shown in FIG. 15, the wires 5 of the double-button cable 4 are introduced between the adjacent protective walls 23, and the wires 5 are pressed in. In the crimping groove 24a of the terminal board 24. The width of the crimping groove 24a is set to be smaller than the diameter of the core wire of the electric wire 5. Here, since a relatively large force is required to press the electric wire 5 into the crimping groove 20a to 24a, a special tool such as the crimping tool 7 shown in Fig. 16 is generally used to press the electric wire 5 into the crimping groove 24a. By using such a squeezing tool 7, it is possible to simultaneously press in the electric wire 5 and cut off the remaining electric wires, and there is an advantage that the wiring work is easy. However, there is a high price for a special tool such as the pressing tool 7 (continued when the description page is insufficient, please note and use the continued page) -5- 200428709 Invention Note® Stomach problem, provide this The simple tool 8 as shown in FIG. 17 includes a bifurcated fork-shaped tip portion 8 a having a pair of teeth with a groove. Here, when the simple tool 8 shown in Fig. 17 is used for wiring work, the front end portion 8a is used to press the electric wire 5 into the crimping groove 24a, and then the remaining electric wire 5 can be cut with a cutter or the like. Although the simple tool 8 shown in FIG. 17 is cheaper than the synthetic resin pressing tool 7, it has a problem that the durability of a plurality of modular sockets is low. For durability, the front end portion 8a must be made of a metal product, which is more expensive than a simple tool. In addition, in the wiring operation of the wiring board 24 and the electric wire 5, when special tools such as the pressing tool 7 shown in FIG. 16 or the simple tool 8 shown in FIG. 17 are used, these special tools must always be carried . Here, as shown in FIG. 18, for each junction box 2 15 capable of arranging four pairs of 8-core twisted cables 4 between adjacent protective walls 23 (that is, in the junction box 2 are provided with 8 wiring boards 24), which provides the following technical solutions: In order to cover the two pairs of wiring boards 24 respectively, two protective covers 3 "shown in Figure 19 and Figure 20 are installed, each Two pairs of simple tool parts 37 (for example, refer to Patent Document 1) for crimping the electric wires 5 into the crimping groove 24a are provided, or to cover four pairs of wiring boards 24, 20 is installed in the twenty-first figure and the twentieth The protective cover 3 'shown in the second figure is provided with four pairs of simple tool parts 37 for crimping the electric wires 5 into the crimping groove 24a. By using the protective covers 3' and 3 "described above, several electric wires 5 can be They are collectively connected to the terminal board 24 and have the advantage of not having to carry special tools. In addition, since each of the combined sockets is provided with the above-mentioned protective cover-6-200428709 Invention Description, ¾ stomach 3 ', 3 ", the durability of the simple tool portion 37 is not required to be strong, so that it can be made of synthetic resin. It has the advantage of low price. In addition, the two protective covers 3 "shown in Figs. 19 and 20 are made about the protective cover 3 shown in Figs. 21 and 22. The half size has the advantage that the force applied to the surface of the protective cover can be made smaller when the electric wire 5 is pressed into the crimping groove 24 a by the simple tool portion 37. "Patent Document 1" Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-13125 (page 3, first picture) However, in a combination socket having two protective 10 covers 3 "shown in the nineteenth and twentieth pictures, There is a disadvantage that two protective covers 3 "are easily lost after being removed from the junction box 2. In addition, the protective cover 3 "shown in the nineteenth and twentieth figures has the problem that the pressing surface area is small and it is not easy to press, and the imbalance of the pressing force on the four wires 5 is likely to cause the front end to be defective and cause contact. On the other hand, in the combination socket provided with the protective cover 3 'shown in Figs. 21 and 22, since i protective covers 3 can be used, it is difficult to lose the protective cover. 3, and there is sufficient work space when the protective cover 3 is pressed with the thumb, but when wiring work, because the used wire 5 of the double button winding 4 must be pressed to the crimping grooves of the 8 terminal boards 24 at the same time w 20 ′ will require more force (approximately 5kgf) than the force (approximately 5 kgf) required when using the two protective covers 3 ”shown in Figure 19 and Figure 20. Special tools such as pliers are required. Pliers are not a commonly carried tool and cannot meet the needs of construction workers who want to reduce the number of tools they carry. In addition, there is a problem that the imbalance of pressure applied to the eight wires 5 may cause a poor front end and cause contact. -7- 200428709 Invention Description #Selling stomach is not good. [Summary of the Invention] The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned reasons, and an object thereof is to provide a combined socket that can perform wiring work without the need for a special tool such as a squeezing tool or a tool like pliers, and does not easily cause a bad front end of a wire. The modular socket of the first invention is characterized by comprising: a housing having a plug insertion opening into which the modular plug is inserted; a plurality of terminals arranged in the plug insertion opening and capable of contacting the contacts of the modular plug; and erected 10 Junction box provided with several terminal boards which are electrically connected to each terminal and have crimping grooves for connecting the wires of the insulated sheathed wire; the terminal box is freely removable and covers at least the part where the terminal board is provided in the terminal box A protective cover is provided with a simple tool part protruding from the protective cover. When the protective cover is removed from the terminal box, one of the terminal board crimping grooves is selected from 15 of the several terminal boards. Push in a wire to make an electrical connection. With this structure, since the protective cover removed from the junction box is arranged so that the simple tool part corresponds to a terminal board, and a wire is pressed into a crimping groove by the simple tool part, the wire Compared to the case where all the terminal boards or half of the terminal boards are pressed at the same time for wiring work, the force on the protective cover can be reduced by 20, and the wiring work can be performed without using special tools such as pressing tools or pliers-like tools. It is not easy to cause a bad effect at the tip of the wire. In addition, since the protective cover can be removed from the terminal box and the wiring work can be performed using a special tool such as a squeeze tool, the wiring method can be selected. -8- 200428709 Description of the invention The combination socket of the second invention is characterized in that, in the first invention, the protective cover is installed in the junction box without disposing the various components. The position of the electric wire is provided with the simple tool section. With this structure, when the protective cover is attached to the junction box after the wiring operation is completed, the simple tool section can be prevented from hitting the electric wires. A modular socket according to a third invention is characterized in that, in the second invention, the terminal box is provided with the terminal board on both sides in a direction orthogonal to the insertion direction of the modular plug, The simple tool part is housed in a position between the two side parts or an extended position 10 outside the part on the side where the electric wire is not arranged. With this structure, the simple tool portion can be prevented from hitting each wiring board. A modular jack according to a fourth invention is characterized in that, in the second invention, the terminal box is provided with the terminal board on both sides in a direction orthogonal to the insertion direction of the modular plug, The simple tool part 15 is arranged outside the terminal box in a state of being mounted on the terminal box. With this structure, the simple tool portion can be prevented from hitting each wiring board. According to a fifth aspect of the invention, in the combined socket of the first to fourth aspects, the simple tool section presses the electric wire into the crimping groove by pressing a surface of the protective cover. The protective cover is formed with a recess in which a fingertip of a finger is placed when the surface is pressed. With this structure, the burden on the fingers when the surface of the protective cover is pressed during the wiring operation can be reduced. The combined socket of the sixth invention is characterized in that, in the inventions of the first to fifth inventions, the protective cover, which can press each electric wire separately, is -9-200428709 Invention Description A plurality of front end portions are respectively provided at positions corresponding to the respective wiring boards. With this structure, as in the conventional case where the wires are simultaneously pressed into all the wiring boards to perform the wiring operation, the commonly used tools such as pliers can also be used to perform the wiring of the wires into the wiring boards simultaneously. Therefore, a choice of a method of wiring work is added. A combined socket according to a seventh invention is characterized in that, using the structure of the sixth invention, an even number of pairs of the terminal boards are provided on the terminal box, and an even number of the front ends are provided on the protective cover, A separation portion is formed on the protection cover, and the separation portion can divide the protection cover into two and a half protective covers with the same number of pairs of the first 10 end portions. With this structure, since the protective cover is divided and the surface of one half of the protective cover is pressed, the wires are simultaneously pressed into the crimping grooves of half of the terminal boards of all the terminal boards, and then the other half of the protective cover is pressed. The surface can also be used to press the wires into the crimping grooves of the remaining half of the terminal boards at the same time. Therefore, a choice of 15 methods of wiring operations is added. [Embodiment] Hereinafter, a modular jack according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to the third and fourth figures, and the same components as those in the conventional example are assigned the same reference numerals and described. The modular jack of the present embodiment includes a housing 1 having an opening for the plug insertion port 11a of the modular plug, and a plurality of the rows arranged in the plug insertion port 11a so as to be in contact with the contacts of the modular plug (in this embodiment, 8) Wire-shaped terminals 13 (refer to the first figure); a plurality of pieces (in this embodiment) which are electrically connected to each end -10- 200428709 Description of the Invention® Weizi 13 and are connected to the insulated wire 8 pieces) terminal board 24 (refer to the thirteenth and fourteenth figures), and the junction box 2 combined with the housing 1; the junction box 2 is freely disassembled and at least covers the junction box 2 with wiring The protective cover 5 3 of the plate 24 is made of an insulating synthetic resin and has a rectangular parallelepiped connection base 11. The plug insertion opening 11 a is opened on one side of the connection base 11. Hereinafter, the open side of the plug insertion port 11a in the connection base 11 is used as the front surface, and the vertical direction is defined by the vertical direction in the fourth figure. A base 12 is provided continuously and integrally from the rear lower part of the connection base 11 10 to the rear and integrally with the junction box 2. The terminal box 2 is disposed on the upper surface of the base 12, and each terminal plate 24 projects from the upper surface of the terminal box 2. Here, eight terminal boards 24 are arranged on each of the left and right sides of the junction box 2 in the front-rear direction. In addition, each terminal board 24 is formed into a bifurcated fork-shaped groove having a crimping groove 24a (refer to Figs. 13 and 14) with openings at the upper 15 edges, and the thickness direction is arranged to coincide with the left-right direction of the terminal box 2. . The width of the crimping groove 24a is set to such an extent that the edges of both sides of the crimping groove 24a are crimped to the core wire of the connected electric wire 5. Therefore, if the electric wire 5 with an insulating covering is crimped into the crimping groove 24a from above, the insulating covering of the electric wire 5 20 is worn on both edges of the crimping groove 24a, and the core wire is crimped to the terminal board 24 in the crimping groove 24a. . In addition, on the left and right sides of the upper surface of the junction box 2, a plurality of protective walls 23 having a larger size than the junction plate 24 are juxtaposed in the front-rear direction (see the fifth figure). Here, the terminal board 24 is arranged so that the crimping groove 24a is located at the front and rear. In addition, a holding groove 23b (see the first figure) for holding the wiring board 24 is formed in the up-down direction on the facing surfaces of each pair of the protective walls 23 adjacent in the front-back direction. In addition, the size of the gap between each pair of protective walls 23 adjacent to each other is set so that the electric wires 5 can be inserted. However, the size of the gap between each pair of protective walls 23 is wider than the width of the crimping groove 24a, and an inclined inclined surface is formed at the upper ends of each pair of protective walls 23 to enlarge the size of the upper gap, thereby The wires 5 of the double twisted cable 4 are easily led into the gap between each pair of protective walls 23. Therefore, by inserting the electric wires 5 into the gap between each pair of the protective walls 23 from above, and by pressing the electric wires 5 into the crimping grooves 24a from above, the electric connection between the electric wires 5 and the terminal board 24 becomes easy. In addition, in this embodiment, each pair of protective walls 23 not only functions as a protective member for protecting the wiring board 24, but also functions as a guide member for introducing the electric wire 5 into the crimping groove 24a of the wiring board 24. In addition, the width dimension in the front-rear direction of each protective wall 23 located in the middle 15 in the front-back direction is set to be larger than the width dimension in the front-rear direction of the other protective walls 23. In addition, as shown in the fifth figure, a positioning recess 22 is formed on the upper surface of the junction box 2 at the middle portion in the left-right direction, which determines the position of the armor 4a of the double-button cable 4, and the left and right protective walls 23 on the rear surface in the front-rear direction. The surfaces 20 facing each other are respectively provided with holding protrusions 26 that hold the double button cable 4 between the positioning cables 22 and the positioning recess 22. In addition, the dimensions between the holding protrusions 26 are set to be slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the armor 4a of the four-pair, eight-core, double-stranded cable 4. Therefore, if the armor 4a of 4 pairs of 8-core double button cables 4 is introduced into the positioning recess 22 from above the junction box 2, a part of the armor 4 is held by the protrusion 26 -12- 428709 Description of the invention, the stomach pressure is recessed Then, the double button cable 4 can be held between the inner bottom surface of the positioning recess 22 and a pair of holding protrusions 26 and held. If the wires 5 of the double button cable 4 are pressed into the crimping groove 2 of the terminal board 24, for example, wires 5 is electrically connected to the wiring board 24. 5 In addition, a connecting claw 27 for connecting the protective cover 3 is protruded on the outer side surface of each protective wall 23 in the middle in the front-rear direction of the junction box 2, so that the protective cover 3 can be detachably connected. In addition, an inclined guide surface 27a (refer to the fifth figure) is formed on the upper portion of the coupling claw 27 (refer to the fifth figure) so that the amount of protrusion from the outer side surface when approaching the upper edge is reduced. 10 On the other hand, the protective cover 3 is a molded product of synthetic resin. As shown in FIGS. 6 to 9, from the lower end edges of the left and right sides of the cover body 31 covering the large size of the junction box 2, A side piece 32 is provided so as to span the outer side surfaces of the plurality of guide walls 23. Here, a rectangular coupling hole 32a is formed in the middle portion in the front-rear direction of the side piece 32 to engage the coupling claw 27 in a concave-convex manner. In addition, each side piece 32 forms a notch groove 32b opened at the lower side on both sides of the connection hole 32a in the front-rear direction, and at the same time forms a notch groove 32c opened at the upper side in the front-rear direction at a position farther from the connection hole 32a than the notch groove 32b. The portion between the adjacent notch grooves 32b and 32c in the side sheet 32 is easily bent in the forward and backward directions. It is important that the side pieces 32 form connection holes 32a in the portion between the adjacent pair of 20 notch grooves 32b in the front-rear direction, and the portions between the notch grooves 32b constitute the connection piece 32d for connection with the junction box 2. In addition, in each side piece 32, release pieces 33 are extended upward from the upper edge of the portion between the notch grooves 32c on the front and back sides, and cutout portions are formed on the left and right side surfaces of the cover body 31 corresponding to the release piece 33. 31 a. -13- 200428709 Description of the invention ®M Then, when attaching the protective cover 3 to the terminal box 2, the protective cover 3 approaches the terminal box 2 from above the terminal box 2, the connecting piece 32d is bent along the guide surface 27a, and finally The connection claw 27 is mated with the connection hole 32a provided in the connection piece 32d, so that the protective cover 3 is connected to the junction box 2. 5 On the other hand, when the protective cover 3 is removed from the junction box 2, since the upper and lower ends of the release piece 33 are brought close to each other, the concave-convex engagement of the connection claw 27 and the connection hole 32a can be released, so it can be easily removed Remove the protective cover 3 from the junction box 2. However, since the electric wires 5 are easy to bend and difficult to press into the crimping grooves 24 a of the 10-wire board 24 by hand, in order to easily press the electric wires 5 into the crimping grooves 24 a of the terminal board 24, In the present embodiment, in a state where the protective cover 3 is removed from the terminal box 2, a simple tool portion 35 is provided on the protective cover 3 to press a wire 5 into one of the terminal boards 24 selected from a plurality of terminal boards 24. The crimping groove 24a is electrically connected. Here, the simple tool part 35 is formed into a bifurcated fork-like shape having an insertion groove 35a opened downward, and both side edges in the width direction are formed with thicker reinforcing parts 35b than other parts. The size between the reinforcing portions 35b is set to be approximately the same as the width of the protective wall 23 in the left-right direction, and the size of the reinforcing portion 35b in the front-to-back direction is set to be larger than the size between a pair of protective walls 23 adjacent to the front-to-back direction. 20 Slightly wider. Then, as shown in the first figure, the simple tool portion 35 of the protective cover 3 is arranged between the pair of protective walls 23 in a state where the electric wire 5 is introduced into the gap between the adjacent pair of protective walls 23 in the front-rear direction. The form in which the gap intersects with the wiring board 24 (at this time, the protective wall 23 is held by the pair of left and right reinforcing portions 35b), -14-200428709 Description of the invention As shown in the second figure, if you put your finger (such as a thumb ) 6 is placed on the cover main body 31 (ie, the surface of the protective cover 3) and pressed downward, and the electric wire 5 is pressed by the simple tool part 35 so that the electric wire 5 is pressed into the crimping groove 24 a of the wiring board 24. By performing this operation separately for each wiring board 24, the electric wires 5 can be pressed into all the wiring boards 24. As described above, when the electric wire is pressed into the crimping groove 24 a of each terminal board 24 by pressing the surface of the cover main body 31 of the protective cover 3, each terminal board 24 is introduced into the insertion formed in the simple tool portion 35. In the groove 35a, the electric wire 5 is pressed by the simple tool part 1035 on both sides in the thickness direction of the terminal plate 24, and the electric wires 5 can be pressed into the crimping groove 24a without being bent on both sides in the thickness direction of the terminal plate 24. In short, in the modular socket of the present embodiment, since the simple tool part 25 is provided on the protective cover 3, the electric wire 5 is pressed into the several terminal boards 24 while the protective cover 3 is removed from the terminal box 2. The selected crimping groove 24a of the terminal 15 board 24 is selected for electrical connection. Therefore, the protective cover 3 removed from the terminal box 2 can be arranged as a simple tool section 35 corresponding to one terminal board 24 and the simple tool section can be used. 35 Pressing a wire 5 into a crimping groove 24a can make the action 20 on the protective cover compared to the conventional case where the wire 5 is simultaneously pressed into all or 24 of the terminal boards 24 for wiring operation. The force of 3 is reduced, the wiring work can be performed without using a special tool such as the pressing tool 7 (refer to FIG. 16) or a pliers-like tool, and the tip of the wire 5 is not easily caused. Here, the simple tool part 35 presses the electric wire 5 into the crimping groove 24a by pressing the surface of the protective cover 3. Since the protective cover 3 is formed on the surface of the cover main body surface 31 when the surface is pressed, it is -15-200428709 Invention It will be explained that the recess 31 b of the finger belly of the finger 6 can reduce the burden on the finger 6 when the surface of the protective cover 3 is pressed during the wiring operation. In this case, since the protective cover 3 is in a state where the protective cover 3 is mounted on the junction box 2 and the simple tool part 5 35 is provided at a protruding position where each electric wire 5 is not arranged, the protective cover 3 is attached to the wiring after the wiring work is completed. When the box 2 is mounted, the simple tool section 35 can be prevented from hitting each of the electric wires 5. That is, as shown in the tenth figure, the junction box 2 of the present embodiment is opposite to the protective cover 3 (upper surface) on both sides (that is, the left and right sides) in a direction orthogonal to the insertion direction of the modular plug. (Side) Each of the four wiring boards 24 is provided vertically. Since the simple tool 10, 35, as shown by the dashed line in the tenth figure, is provided in the place where the wires 5 are not arranged, The position on one side (the position on the opposite side to the positioning recess 22 that determines the position of the sheath 4a of the double-button cable 4 in the front-rear direction) has the advantage that the simple tool portion 35 can be prevented from hitting each of the terminal boards 24 and each of the wires 5 . In addition, in the present embodiment, since 15 simple tool portions 35 are provided on the central axis of the protective cover 3, the entire shape of the protective cover 3 becomes a left-right symmetrical shape. Therefore, when the surface of the protective cover 3 is pressed, The protective cover 3 is easy to press, and in a state where the protective cover 3 is mounted on the junction box 2, there is an advantage that the free space under the protective cover 3 can be effectively used. In addition, the simple tool portion 35 may be provided in a position accommodated between the two side portions as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. As indicated by the dashed line, it is provided at an extended position (that is, a position on the extension line of the portion between the two side portions) that is placed outside the portion that is stored between the two side portions. The position of one side has the same advantage regardless of the situation. In addition, the simple tool section 35 can be provided in four places like the outside of the terminal box 2 in a state where the protective cover is removed from the terminal box 2 as shown by a two-dot chain line in the eleventh figure. Either of these can prevent the simple tool section 35 from hitting each of the terminal boards 24. 5 Also, in a state where the protective cover is removed from the junction box 2, the electric wire 5 may be connected to the junction board 24 by using a commercially available pressing tool 7. It is important to adopt the structure of this embodiment that the method of connection work can be selected as required. In addition, the protective cover 3 is provided with reinforcing ribs 34 (see the ninth figure) having a lattice shape 10 on the inner surface of the upper wall of the cover main body 31. When the terminal block 2 is covered by the cover main body 31, a pair of adjacent protective walls are introduced. The electric wires 5 with a gap of 23 can be pressed into the eight front end portions 37 of the press-fitting slit 24 a to protrude from the lower end edge of the reinforcing rib 34. That is, the protective cover 3 is provided with four front end portions 37 protruding from the left and right under the cover main body 31. Since each front end portion 37 is provided at a position corresponding to 15 corresponding to each wiring board 24, the wire 5 can also be pressed at the same time. The crimping grooves 24a of the four terminal boards 24 (that is, eight terminal boards 24) on the left and right sides are the same as the conventional case where the wires 5 are pressed into all the terminal boards 24 at the same time to perform wiring operations. Tools such as pliers are commonly used to perform the wiring operation of simultaneously pressing the electric wires 5 into all the wiring boards 24, so there will be more options for the wiring operation method. In addition, an insertion groove 37a is formed in the front end portion 37 to insert the upper end portion of the terminal plate 24. Therefore, in a state where the electric wire 5 is press-fitted into the crimping groove 24a, pressing the electric wire 5 by the protective cover 37 can prevent the electric wire 5 from being pulled out along the crimping groove 24a, and the protective cover 3 covers the wiring board 24. The terminal board -17- invention description # 卖 Μ 24 is protected. In the modular socket of this embodiment, an even-numbered pair (4 pairs) of terminal boards 8 are provided on the junction box 2 and an even-numbered pair (4 pairs) of front ends 37 are provided on the protective cover 3, but as in the tenth As shown in the two figures, if the protective cover 3 5 is formed as a separating portion 39 that can divide the protective cover 3 into two equal half halves of the front end portion 37, divide the protective cover 3 along the separating portion 39 and press On the surface of the half protective cover on one side, the wires 5 are simultaneously pressed into the crimping grooves of half of the terminal plates 24 of all the terminal plates 24, and by pressing the surface of the half protective cover on the other side, the wires 5 can also be carried out. At the same time, 10 wiring operations are crimped into the crimping grooves 24a of the remaining half of the wiring board 24, so the wiring operation method will add an option. "Inventive effect" The first invention includes: a housing having a 15-port plug insertion opening for inserting the modular plug; a plurality of terminals arranged in the plug insertion opening and capable of contacting the contact points of the modular plug; Several terminals are electrically connected, and the terminal box is provided with several terminal boards with crimping grooves connected to the wires made of insulated and covered wires. The terminal box is detachably mounted and covers at least the terminal board in the terminal box. In the 20 state with the protective cover removed from the terminal box, a simple tool section is provided on the protective cover to press a wire into a crimping groove of one of the terminal boards selected from several terminal boards for electrical connection. Since the protective cover removed from the terminal box is arranged so that the simple tool part corresponds to one terminal board, and a wire is pressed into a crimping groove by the simple tool part, the wires are simultaneously pressed into all of the existing ones. Compared with the wiring operation in the terminal board or half 200428709 terminal board, the force acting on the protective cover can be reduced, the wiring operation can be performed without using special tools such as pressing tools or pliers-like tools, and it is not easy to cause wires Bad effect at the tip. In addition, since the protective cover can also be removed from the terminal box 5, you can use a special tool such as a squeezing tool to perform the wiring operation, so you can choose the wiring method. According to the second invention, in the first invention, since the protective cover is installed in the junction box, the simple tool section is provided at a position where the electric wires are not arranged, so after the wiring work is completed When the protective cover 10 is attached to the junction box, there is an effect that the simple tool part can be prevented from hitting the electric wires. According to a third invention, in the second invention, the terminal box is provided with the terminal board erected on both sides in a direction orthogonal to the insertion direction of the modular plug, and the simple tool portion is stored in the terminal box. The position between the two sides or the extended position beyond the 15th position of the part is not provided with the one side position of the electric wire, so that the simple tool part can be prevented from hitting each wiring board. According to a fourth invention, in the second invention, the terminal box is provided with the terminal board on both sides in a direction orthogonal to the insertion direction of the modular plug. The junction box 20 is disposed outside the junction box in a state of 20, so that the simple tool portion can be prevented from hitting each junction board. According to a fifth invention, in the first to fourth inventions, the simple tool section presses the electric wire into the crimping groove by pressing the surface of the protective cover, because the protective cover is formed on the surface that presses the protective cover. -19- 200428709 where the finger is placed

According to a sixth invention, in the first to fifth inventions, the protective cover is provided at a position corresponding to each of the terminal boards so that each of the electric wires can be pressed into the front ends of the crimping grooves. Therefore, as in the conventional case where the wires are simultaneously pressed into all the wiring boards to perform the wiring operation, a commonly used tool such as pliers can also be used to carry out the wiring work of pressing the wires into all the wiring boards at the same time. The effect of choosing a method of wiring work. 10 The seventh invention adopts the structure of the sixth invention. An even-numbered pair of the terminal board is provided on the junction box, and an even-numbered pair of the front end portion is provided on the protective cover. The protective cover is divided into separate portions of the two half protective covers with equal logarithms in the front end portion. Therefore, by dividing the protective cover and pressing the surface of the half protective cover 15 on one side, the electric wires are simultaneously pressed. After inserting the crimping grooves of half of the terminal boards of all the terminal boards, by pressing the surface of the other half of the protective cover, you can also press the wires into the crimping grooves of the remaining half of the terminal boards at the same time. This has the effect of increasing the choice of a method of wiring work. 20 -20- 200428709 Description of the invention If stomach [Brief description of the drawing] The first figure is an explanatory diagram of the wiring work in this embodiment.
