Abstract

The object of the present invention is to provide an oral cavity cleaner allowing chemicals to be smoothly supplied thereto with a simple structure and reducing manufacturing and assembling costs, and capable of improving the easiness of handling by reducing the outer diameter of a portion to be inserted into an oral cavity and preventing a sanitary problem from occurring, and its cap. 200422009 Π) 玖、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明,是關於使用於齒間隙之淸潔或是舌頭之淸潔 等的□腔淸潔用具,更詳細者,是關於在淸潔時可以將藥 液等供給至淸潔用刷之口腔淸潔用具及其外蓋。 【先前技術】 作爲此種口腔淸潔用具者,於日本實用新案登錄申請 案所公開之昭和63年第1 9463 3號公報中,揭示有:以具有 彈性材料形成中空把手後,在該空洞中置入藥液類之同時 ’將淸潔用刷體基部以能夠嵌脫且可以密封地嵌著於上述 把手一端的開口部,並且穿設有連通上述刷體基部與把手 空洞的供給藥液用小孔,使刷體基部該一端呈開口。 又,於日本專利申請案所公開之平成9年第23 8 74 8號 公報中,揭示有:同樣地設置埋設在刷體基部之插通孔所 形成之合成樹脂製柄,在該柄的內部形成有與上述插通孔 連通的室,於該室充塡有藥液者。 又,於日本專利申請案所公開之平成7年第1 63 422號 公報中,揭示有:同樣地將刷體基部以不密封流路開口部 之方式,藉由化學性結合、接著、熔接、鑄接、電漿蝕刻 、壓著、或機械性接合而固定於剛性或是半剛性臂。在管 狀臂的內壁與該刷體基部之間,開設成爲導通至刷體之液 體體通的間隙部。 此等以往之口腔淸潔用具,都是在作爲把持部的柄’ -4- (2) (2)200422009 或是此裝設於該處之臂,設置埋設齒間刷之插通孔’ ^過 該插通孔將柄內部的藥液供給到刷體基部,但由於是透過 刷體裝設用的插通孔圓滑地將藥液供給至刷體基部’所以 必須是如上述第1 6 3 4 2 2號公報所記載之複雜構造,因而產 生製造及組裝成本增加之問題。 又,對於該插通孔,由於在淸潔時來自於齒間刷的抵 抗力直接造成作用,所以爲了維持強度必須要有較厚之厚 度,不僅增加了材料成本,同時增大了插入於口腔內之該 部位外徑,會有導致使用性變差之問題。 再者,如此之構造下,由於無法容易將插通孔洗淨導 致藥液殘留,在衛生上並非理想。 在此,有鑒於本發明前述之問題,所欲解決之處,是 在於提供一種以簡單之構造就能圓滑地供給藥液,並降低 製造及組裝成本,同時藉由縮小插入於口腔內之該部位的 外徑,不但可以提升使用性,也可以不產生衛生上之問題 的口腔淸潔用具及其外蓋。 【發明內容】 本發明之口腔淸潔用具,是由突設在容納內容物之容 器體上,於前端具有用以將上述內容物吐出之吐出口的噴 嘴構件;以及於前端具有設置淸潔用刷之刷體部,使上述 噴嘴構件之吐出口從刷體部外側在面臨上述淸潔用刷附近 的位置,具有從外側面用以保持該噴嘴構件之保持手段的 刷體構件,所構成爲其特徵。 -5- (3) 200422009 在此,上述刷體構件,係以於前端具 狀突設淸潔用刷之刷體部’使上述噴嘴構 臨上述淸潔用刷基端側之刷體部外側面的 第1圖是本發明第1實施形態之口腔淸潔用具其整體構 成的立體圖,第1圖〜第5圖爲第1實施形態,第6圖〜第10 圖爲第2實施形態,第1 1圖爲第3實施形態,圖中符號分別 爲:1是口腔淸潔用具,2是噴嘴構件,3是刷體構件,4是 容器體,5是保持手段,6是刷體。 本發明之口腔淸潔用具1,如第1圖所示,是由:突設 於容納內容物的容器體4,於前端具有用以將上述內容物 吐出之吐出口 2 0的噴嘴構件2,以及於前端具有設置有淸 潔用刷60之刷體部6,從外側面安裝於上述噴嘴構件2的刷 體構件3所構成。在上述刷體構件3,如第2圖所示,係使 上述噴嘴構件2之吐出口 20從刷體部6外側臨於上述淸潔用 刷60附近位置,設置有用以藉由外側面保持(夾持)該噴 (5) (5)200422009 嘴構件2之保持手段5。 上述刷體部6,更詳細者是將淸潔用刷60以單邊固持 物後再將該另一端緣予以熱熔接者,在將上述噴嘴構件2 予以熱熔接後之該一端側的兩端部形成有肩部4 1、4 1。 又,本發明之容器體在此並無任何限定,例如亦可使 用由另外成型的噴嘴構件以螺旋鎖合等而具備有能夠裝著 之口部的各種容器體,或是,將上述薄片材料的一端緣全 部熔接於噴嘴構件基端的被裝著部等,採以不形成肩部之 容器體來使用亦可。 又,噴嘴構件2以及除了刷體構件3之淸潔用刷6〇以外 的本體部7,乃分別是採用合成樹脂材料以一體射出成型 ,更爲理想的是,對於上述噴嘴構件2之成型採以聚乙烯 樹脂,對於刷體構件3其本體部7之成型採以聚乙條樹脂或 是聚丙烯樹脂。在此,除合成樹脂材料以外以可以使用合 成橡膠材料或是金屬材料來製作。又,在本例中之噴嘴構 件2,雖然是與容器體4另外成型,當該容器體4成型時再 (6) (6)200422009 予以熔接上去,不過本發明並非侷限於此,是可以藉由合 成樹脂材料而與容器體一體成型者。 刷體構件3 ’如第3圖(a ) 、( b )所顯示之方式,是 使淸潔用刷6 0突設在上述噴嘴構件2的吐出口 2 0所面臨的 前端處’並在其基端側上,設有當在裝著於噴嘴構件2時 ’可沿著該噴嘴構件2的外周面2 1而擋止裝著之內周面3 0 〇 上述淸潔用刷60,是與以往的淸潔用刷相同,是利用 在徑方向上捻絞夾持有多數絲線的(金屬)線材而成形者 等’然後再將該(金屬)線材基端以熱熔接固定於噴嘴構 件2的前端部。 在包夾住上述內周面3 0之本體部7的左右側端部,分 別突設有與埋設支持上述線材基端之噴嘴構件前端的包埋 部6 1呈連續,並以超越半周地抱持該噴嘴構件2之外周面 2 1的一對保持腕3 1、3 1。在此等保持腕3 1、3 1的內面與上 述內周面3 0中,沿著周方向設置有單數或是複數個對應於 後述噴嘴構件2之環狀突部24而用以卡止該環狀突部24之 卡合溝3 4,藉由此等保持腕3 1、3 1將由前端側所插通的噴 嘴構件2予以保持而構成保持手段5。 在此,於一對保持腕3 1、3 1除了上述包埋部6 1的外側 面附近其前端爲相互連結,以環繞上述噴嘴構件全周以構 成略圓筒形之保持筒亦爲理想。藉此對於噴嘴構件2之保 持效果可以成爲更加強固更加安定者。在本實施形態中, 2,當內容物減少致 使該容器體4易於變形時亦能夠確時地把持住該口腔淸潔 用具1,同時能夠防止該刷體構件3從噴嘴構件2脫離。 又,若將該把持部32延伸至容器體4的下端部,以使 該下端部成爲被卡止者爲理想,其對於該容器體4以及噴 嘴構件2相對於刷體構件3向下側移動而迫使間隔S開離造 成不良情形,具有防範於未然之效用。又,使把持部在該 下端部以能夠折疊來構成,即使是將容器體整體皆包覆者 亦佳,此時,如本實施例,以設有用以壓縮容器體4來將 內容物擠壓出之開口爲理想。又,在本發明中並非是一定 要設置把持部32不可。 在對應於容器本體之肩部4 1部位,如第5圖所示’作 爲保持該噴嘴構件2之保持手段5,設置有卡合於上述肩部 4 1,相對於上述刷體構件3爲限制該噴嘴構件2朝前端側移 動之段部3 3。上述段部3 3 ’是由擋接於噴嘴構件3外周面 的內周面3 上述突起部25之凹部35。該凹部35,是在上述交界部之段 部3 3呈開口形成爲段差狀,利用使上述突起部2 5從基端側 承接卡合,同樣地對於上述刷體構件3爲限制該噴嘴構件2 朝前端側移動。 噴嘴構件2 ’如弟4圖(a )〜(c )所示,係於外周面 21環設有可被卡止於上述卡合溝34之環狀突部24,並分別 於則纟而設有吐出口 2 0,於基端側設有被熔接於上述容器體 4之被裝著部23以及卡合於上述凹部35之突起部25。 該突起部2 5是限制噴嘴構件2朝前端側移動者,上述 環狀突部24主要是限制噴嘴構件2朝向基端側移動,以如 此方式,對於被定位在噴嘴構件2之吐出口 2 0與上述包埋 部6 1之外側面6 1 A之間的間隔S,若是太寬則會造成內容 物在附著之前滴落之狀況產生,尤其是使用黏性較低的液 狀藥劑時’間隔過寬很可能無法附著於淸潔用刷。亦即, 若使用黏性比較低的藥劑時,上述間隔S爲一部分接觸或 是大約在3mm以內,更理想的是設定在大約2mm以內, 而使用黏性較高的藥劑時,則上述間隔S可以較寬,不過 較爲理想是設定在約4〜5 m m以內。 又’噴嘴構件2之至少於受到上述保持腕3 1、3 1所抱 持之部分到吐出口 20爲止之部位,其內徑及外徑爲較小地 設定。此乃因爲相異於以往的一體型口腔淸潔用具,淸潔 -11 - (9) (9)200422009 時的抵抗力是作用在與噴嘴構件不同個體所構成的刷體構 件3上,對於噴嘴構件2不會有直接的大作用力,所以該噴 嘴構件2不需要有太強的彎曲強度,由於如此而能夠以較 小厚度(肉厚)製成,故此結果可以使進入口腔內之部位 變得較細來構成,因而使得淸潔作業較爲容易。亦即’對 外徑而言,對於有效率地進行口腔內作業是以較小較佳, 但是對內徑而言,若是使用上述之黏度較高之藥劑時,則 太小則會有妨礙流通之虞,此時則必須先加以加大。 其次,依據第6圖〜第10圖說明本發明之第2實施形態 〇 本實施形態之口腔淸潔用具1 A,如第6圖所示,在刷 體構件3A,設有用來將該噴嘴構件2A予以保持之保持手 段5,以使噴嘴構件2A之吐出口 20可面臨於淸潔用刷60所 突出之基端部側面60A的位置。 亦如第8圖及第10圖所顯不,在夾著刷體構件3A內周 面3 使用黏性較高的藥劑時,則上述間隔S可以較寬,不過較 爲理想是設定在約4〜5 m m以內。 又,取消該間隔S,讓噴嘴構件2A之吐出口 20接觸 於刷體軸側面60a當然也是可以。 之於其他構造,由於基本上是與第1實施形態相同, 故對於同一構造標示以同一符號並省略其說明。 其次,依據第11圖〜第13圖來說明本發明之第3實施 形態。 本實施形態之口腔淸潔用具1 B,如第1 1圖及第1 3圖所 示,是使刷體構件3 B前端之包埋部6 1位置移至與淸潔用 刷60突出方向相反側,將該包埋部的突出量以少量設定者 ,如此一來,本體部7係呈朝該相反方向彎曲之形狀。如 此當抑制包埋部6 1的突出量,則可縮短從受該刷體構件3 B 所保持之噴嘴構件2B的吐出口 20到淸潔用刷60之距離, 吐出之內容物藉由形成在外側面6 1 a的凹溝62所傳導而可 更確實地附著於淸潔用刷60。 被定位後之吐出口 B之軸方向是 由直角方向朝前端側大約以傾斜約20度之角度來設定,在 本實施形態中,由上述直角方向朝向前端側則大約以5度 之角度傾斜,設定成爲更接近直角角度。藉此所吐出之內 容物不會垂下而能夠朝向前端側確實地導引至淸潔用刷60 ,以達朝下擠出時藥劑易於沾附之效果,並且,亦具有容 易操作之優點。 又,刷體構件3 B的把持部3 2,是被設定成具有延伸 至容器體4下端部之尺寸,所以除了容易把持之優點之外
