Description

The present invention relates to an oral cleaning tool used for cleaning a gap between teeth, cleaning a tongue, and the like, and more particularly to an oral cleaning tool capable of supplying a chemical solution or the like to a cleaning brush during cleaning and a cap used for the same.

As an oral cleaning tool of this type, Japanese Utility Model Registration Application Publication No. 194633 discloses a hollow handle made of an elastic material to store chemicals in the cavity, and a cleaning brush. The base is fitted to the handle one end opening so as to be detachable and sealable, while the chemical solution supply small hole communicating the brush base and the handle cavity is opened and one end thereof is opened to the brush base. It is disclosed.
In addition, Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 1997-238748 has a handle made of a synthetic resin in which an insertion hole for burying a brush base is formed, and a chamber communicating with the insertion hole is formed inside the handle. And what filled the chemical | medical solution in this chamber is indicated.
Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 1995-163422 also discloses that the brush base is chemically bonded, bonded, welded, cast, plasma etched, crimped, or mechanically so as not to seal the opening of the flow path. A structure is disclosed in which a gap portion serving as a liquid passage to the brush is provided between the inner wall of the tubular arm and the brush base portion by being fixed to a rigid or semi-rigid arm by joining.
Each of these conventional oral cleaning tools is provided with an insertion hole for embedding an interdental brush in a handle serving as a gripping part or an arm attached to the handle, and supplying a chemical solution inside the handle to the brush base through the insertion hole. However, in order to smoothly supply the chemical solution through the insertion hole for mounting the brush, a complicated structure is required as described in the above-mentioned No. 163422, and the manufacturing and assembly costs increase. there were.
Further, since the resistance force during cleaning acts on the insertion hole as it is from the interdental brush, it is necessary to increase the wall thickness in order to maintain the strength, which increases the material cost and increases the outside of the part to be inserted into the oral cavity. There was also a problem that the diameter became large and the usability was bad.
Furthermore, in such a structure, since the insertion hole cannot be easily washed, a chemical solution or the like remains, which is not preferable for hygiene.
Therefore, in view of the above-mentioned situation, the present invention intends to solve the problem that the chemical solution can be smoothly supplied with a simple structure, the production and assembly can be reduced, and the outer diameter of the part inserted into the oral cavity can be reduced. The object of the present invention is to provide an oral cleaning tool and a cap used therefor that are improved in usability and do not cause sanitary problems.

Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an overall configuration of an oral cleaning tool according to a first embodiment of the present invention. FIGS. 1 to 5 are the first embodiment, and FIGS. 6 to 10 are the second embodiment. Embodiment, FIG. 11 shows 3rd Embodiment, the code | symbol 1 shows an oral cleaning tool, 2 is a nozzle member, 3 is a brush member, 4 is a container body, 5 is a holding means, 6 shows a brush, respectively. Yes.
As shown in FIG. 1, the oral cleaning tool 1 of the present invention protrudes from a container body 4 for storing contents, and has a nozzle member 2 having a discharge port 20 for discharging the contents at the tip. The brush member 6 is provided with a brush portion 6 provided with a cleaning brush 60 at the tip, and is mounted on the nozzle member 2 from the outer surface. The brush member 3 is shown in FIG. Thus, the holding means 5 for holding the nozzle member 2 from the outer surface is provided at a position where the discharge port 20 of the nozzle member 2 faces the cleaning brush 60 from the outside of the brush portion 6. .
More specifically, the brush portion 6 is configured by projecting a cleaning brush 60 in a cantilevered manner, and the discharge port 20 of the nozzle member 2 is a brush portion on the proximal end side of the cleaning brush by the holding means 5. It is held in a position facing the outer surface.
The container body 4 causes two sheet materials to face each other, and sandwiches an adhering portion 23 of a nozzle member base end, which will be described later, at each opposite one end central portion 40 of the sheet material. After forming a bag body having the other end opened by thermally welding and sealing one end edge including the central portion 40 provided with 2, the other end edge is thermally welded by filling the contents from the opening. A soft tube is used, and shoulder portions 41 are formed at both end portions on one end side where the nozzle member 2 is thermally welded.
In addition, the container body of the present invention is not limited to this, and various container bodies having a mouth portion to which a separately formed nozzle member can be attached by screwing or the like can be used. It is also possible to use a container body in which the shoulder portion is not formed, such as one in which all of the above are welded to the adherend portion of the nozzle member base end.
The main body 7 excluding the cleaning brush 60 of the nozzle member 2 and the brush member 3 is integrally injection-molded using a synthetic resin material. Preferably, the nozzle member 2 is molded with a polyethylene resin. A polyethylene resin or a polypropylene resin is used for molding the main body 7 of the brush member 3. Here, a synthetic rubber material or a metal material may be used in addition to the synthetic resin material, and the nozzle member 2 of this example is molded separately from the container body 4, and the container body 4 is molded. However, the present invention is not limited to this and may be integrally formed with the container body using a synthetic resin material.
As shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b), the brush member 3 is provided with a cleaning brush 60 protruding from the tip of the nozzle member 2 facing the discharge port 20, and on the base end side thereof. An inner peripheral surface 30 is provided to be attached along the outer peripheral surface 21 of the nozzle member 2 when mounted on the nozzle member 2.
The cleaning brush 60 is formed by twisting a wire in which a large number of filaments are sandwiched in the radial direction, like the conventional cleaning brush, and the wire base end is used as the tip of the nozzle member 2. It is fixed by heat sealing.
The outer peripheral surface of the nozzle member 2 is also connected to the embedded portion 61 at the tip of the nozzle member that embeds and supports the wire base end at the left and right end portions of the main body portion 7 across the inner peripheral surface 30. A pair of holding arms 31, 31 that hold 21 over a half circumference is provided. Engaging grooves 34 for locking the ring-shaped protrusions 24 corresponding to the ring-shaped protrusions 24 of the nozzle member 2 to be described later are formed on the inner surfaces of the holding arms 31 and 31 and the inner peripheral surface 30. A holding means 5 that holds the nozzle member 2 inserted from the front end side by these holding arms 31 and 31 is formed in a single or plural form along the direction.
Here, the tip of the pair of holding arms 31, 31 excluding the vicinity of the outer surface of the embedding portion 61 may be connected to each other to constitute a substantially cylindrical holding cylinder that holds the entire circumference of the nozzle member. Preferably, this makes the holding to the nozzle member 2 stronger and more stable. In this embodiment, the discharge port 20 of the nozzle member 2 is held at a position facing the outer side surface 61a of the embedding part 61 by the holding arms 31, 31, and the discharged contents are formed on the outer side surface 61a. The concave groove 62 is surely guided and adhered to the cleaning brush 60.
A grip portion 32 having a shape extending along the outer peripheral surface 42 of the container body 4 extends from the holding arm 31, 31 of the brush member 3 further to the proximal end side. If the grip portion 32 covering the container body 4 is gripped in this manner, the oral cleaning tool 1 can be securely gripped even if the contents are reduced and the container body 4 is easily deformed, and the brush member 3 Desorption from the nozzle member 2 is prevented.
If the grip 32 extends to the lower end of the container body 4 and is locked to the lower end, the container body 4 and the nozzle member 2 move downward with respect to the brush member 3, and the interval It is preferable in that the inconvenience of opening S can be avoided in advance, and the grip portion may be configured to be foldable at the lower end portion so as to wrap the entire container body. As in the example, it is preferable to provide an opening for compressing the container body 4 to squeeze out the contents. In the present invention, such a grip portion 32 is not necessarily provided.
As shown in FIG. 5, the holding member 5 that similarly holds the nozzle member 2 is engaged with the shoulder portion 41 at a portion corresponding to the shoulder portion 41 of the container body, and the nozzle member with respect to the brush member 3 The step part 33 which regulates the movement to the front end side of 2 is provided. The step portion 33 is formed by a step at a boundary portion between the inner peripheral wall forming the inner peripheral surface 30 that contacts the outer peripheral surface of the nozzle member 3 and the inner peripheral wall of the grip portion 32 extending to the base end side thereof. The step portion 33 and the shoulder portion 41 are firmly engaged by gripping the grip portion 32 by the user, and the later-described interval S is reliably maintained even during the cleaning operation.
A recess 35 that engages with the protrusion 25 is provided as a holding means 5 for holding the nozzle member 2 at a portion corresponding to a protrusion 25 at the base end of the nozzle member 2 described later. The recessed portion 35 is formed in a stepped shape that opens to the stepped portion 33 of the boundary portion. The nozzle member 2 with respect to the brush member 3 is similarly received by engaging the protruding portion 25 from the proximal end side. The movement to the front end side is restricted.
As shown in FIGS. 4 (a) to 4 (c), the nozzle member 2 has a ring-shaped protrusion 24 that is engaged with the engagement groove 34 described above, and is provided around the outer peripheral surface 21. On the discharge port 20 and the base end side, an adherend portion 23 to be welded to the container body 4 and a projection portion 25 to be engaged with the recess portion 35 are provided.
The protrusion 25 restricts the movement of the nozzle member 2 toward the distal end, and the ring-shaped protrusion 24 mainly restricts the movement of the nozzle member 2 toward the proximal end. If the interval S between the discharge port 20 of the nozzle member 2 positioned in this way and the outer side surface 61a of the embedded portion 61 is too wide, a situation of falling before adhering occurs. In the case of a medicine, if the interval is wide, there is a high possibility that the cleaning brush will not stick. That is, in the case of a drug having a relatively low viscosity, the interval S is set to be partially contacted or within about 3 mm, more preferably within about 2 mm. In the case of a drug having a relatively high viscosity, the interval S can be made wider. , Preferably within about 4-5 mm.
In addition, at least a portion of the nozzle member 2 that extends from the portion held by the holding arms 31 and 31 to the discharge port 20 is set to have a small inner diameter and outer diameter. This is because, unlike the conventional integrated oral cleaning tool, a resistance force at the time of cleaning acts on the brush member 3 configured separately from the nozzle member, and a large force does not act directly on the nozzle member 2, and the nozzle As a result of eliminating the need for strong bending strength in the member 2, the thickness can be made smaller. As a result, the portion entering the oral cavity can be made thinner, and the cleaning operation is facilitated. In other words, the outer diameter should be small in terms of efficient intraoral work, but the inner diameter is too small in the case of the above-mentioned relatively high viscosity drug. It is necessary to keep.
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 6, the oral cleaning tool 1 </ b> A of the present embodiment has the nozzle member at a position where the discharge port 20 of the nozzle member 2 </ b> A faces the base end side surface 60 a from which the cleaning brush 60 protrudes. A holding means 5 for holding 2A is provided.
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 10, the outer peripheral surface 21 excluding the tip portion of the nozzle member 2 </ b> A is held at the left and right ends of the main body 7 across the inner peripheral surface 30 of the brush member 3 </ b> A. A pair of holding arms 31 and 31 having a substantially trapezoidal shape in a side view project, and the holding arms 31 and 31 respectively engage with engagement grooves 22 and 22 formed on an outer peripheral surface 21 of a nozzle member 2A described later. Thus, the holding means 5 for holding the nozzle member 2A is configured.
As shown in FIGS. 9 (a) and 9 (b), the nozzle member 2A has an engaging groove 22 as a held portion for receiving the holding arms 31 and 31 formed on the outer peripheral surface 21 at the tip. The discharge port 20 and the base end are respectively provided with adherend portions 23 to be welded to the container body 4.
As shown in FIG. 7, an interval S is set between the discharge port 20 of the nozzle member 2 and the brush shaft side surface 60a of the base end portion of the cleaning brush 60 by the holding means 5. For the same reason as in the first embodiment, the distance S is set to be within about 3 mm, more preferably within about 2 mm in the case of a drug with relatively low viscosity, and the drug with relatively high viscosity. In this case, the interval S can be made wider, but is preferably set within about 4 to 5 mm.
Of course, it is possible to eliminate the interval S and keep the discharge port 20 of the nozzle member 2A in contact with the brush shaft side surface 60a.
Since the other structure is basically the same as that of the first embodiment, the same structure is denoted by the same reference numeral, and the description thereof is omitted.
Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIGS. 11 and 13, the oral cleaning tool 1 </ b> B of the present embodiment moves the position of the embedded portion 61 at the tip of the brush member 3 </ b> B to the opposite side to the protruding direction of the cleaning brush 60, The protrusion amount of the part is set small, and the main body part 7 has a shape curved in the opposite direction. When the protruding amount of the embedding portion 61 is suppressed in this way, the distance from the discharge port 20 of the nozzle member 2B held by the brush member 3B to the cleaning brush 60 is reduced, and the discharged contents are outside the outer surface 61a. Thus, the cleaning brush 60 reliably adheres along the recessed groove 62 formed on the surface.
As in the first embodiment described above, the distance S between the positioned discharge port 20 and the outer surface 61a is preferably a partial contact or within about 3 mm, in the case of a relatively low viscosity medicine. Is set within about 2 mm, and in the case of a drug having a relatively high viscosity, the interval S can be made wider, but is preferably set within about 4 to 5 mm.
In addition, in the first embodiment, the protrusion angle of the cleaning brush 60 supported by the embedded portion 61 is also set to an angle inclined about 20 degrees from the direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the brush member 3B to the tip side. However, in the present embodiment, the angle is inclined by about 5 degrees from the perpendicular direction to the tip side, and is set to an angle closer to the right angle. As a result, the discharged contents are surely transmitted toward the tip side without dripping the discharged contents, and there is an effect that it is easy to get a medicine when taking it downward, and there is also an advantage that it is easy to operate. is there.
Further, the grip portion 32 of the brush member 3B is set to have a dimension extending to the lower end portion of the container body 4, and in addition to the advantage that it is easy to grip, the brush member 3B is stably held with respect to the container body 4. It will be.
As shown in FIG. 12, the protrusion 25 of the nozzle member 2B engaged with the recess 35 is set longer in the axial direction than that of the first embodiment described above. When gripping the tool 1B, it functions more effectively as an anti-slip, so that it can be used as a picking part for picking with a fingertip, and the user can clearly see that it functions as such. It also has an effect of preventing the 4 itself from being picked.
In addition, the concave portion 35 that receives the projection 25 is also set to be long in the axial direction accordingly, and a flat knob surface 37 is partially formed on the outer peripheral portion opposite to the concave portion 35 corresponding to the projection 25. A plurality of horizontally long protrusions 38 are formed in the axial direction on the knob surface 37 and function as a knob together with the protrusion 25.
In the brush portion 3B of the present embodiment, an inclined wall 39 is formed instead of the step portion 33 in the first embodiment, and a guide surface for guiding the protrusion 25 of the nozzle member 2B into the recess 35. And the nozzle member 2 </ b> B and the brush member 3 </ b> B are configured to be more smoothly attached.
Since the other structure is basically the same as that of the first embodiment, the same structure is denoted by the same reference numeral, and the description thereof is omitted.
Next, the cap according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
As illustrated in the first to third embodiments, the cap 8 according to the present invention protrudes from the container body that stores the contents, and has a discharge port at the tip for discharging the contents. The nozzle member and a brush portion protruding from the cleaning brush in a cantilevered manner at the tip, and the nozzle member at a position where the discharge port of the nozzle member faces the brush portion outer surface on the cleaning brush proximal end side The third embodiment of the present invention is attached to the cleaning brush of the oral cleaning tool of the present invention, which is composed of a brush member having holding means for holding the member from the outer surface. Although the example applied to the oral cleaning tool 1B will be described, it can be applied to other forms as well as the first embodiment and the second embodiment, and the dimensions of each part of the cap are those of the applied oral cleaning tool. It is set appropriately according to the dimensions and the like.
As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the cap 8 according to the present invention includes a cylindrical cap body 80 that receives the cleaning brush 60 along the axial direction from the opening end 80a, and the opening end 80a. A pair of holding pieces 81, 81 projecting laterally and receiving and sandwiching the neck portion 70 of the brush member 3 </ b> B between the discharge port 20 of the nozzle member 2 </ b> B attached to the neck portion 70 and the brush portion outer surface 61 a The lid piece 82 is inserted into the gap and closes the discharge port 20. In this example, it is integrally formed using polypropylene, but it may be composed of other materials.
The cap body 80 has an inner peripheral surface that gradually decreases in diameter from the opening end 80a on the proximal end side toward the distal end side, and maintains a sufficient excess space for the cleaning brush 60 and the embedded portion 61 of the brush member 3B. A notched groove 80b is provided in the space between the holding pieces 81, 81 protruding from the open end 80a on the base end side, and is held via the notched groove 80b. The neck receiving space between the pieces 81, 81 communicates with the internal space of the cap body 80.
The distance between the holding pieces 81 is set to the width dimension of the neck portion 70, and a protruding portion 81 a that is locked to the outer peripheral surface of the neck portion 70 is provided on the opposite inner surface side. By holding the neck portion 70 by the holding piece 81 in this way, the cap body 80 can be attached to the slim brush member 3B while holding a sufficient excess space.
Further, an upper pressing plate 83 for holding the nozzle member on the inner peripheral surface 30 side of the neck portion 70 is provided between the upper ends 81b of the holding piece, and the discharge port in the upper pressing plate 83 is provided. The lid piece 82 projects from the position facing the gap between the outer surface 20 and the outer surface 61a. In this example, the pair of holding pieces 81, 81 and the upper pressing plate 83 constitute a substantially U-shaped holding means that surrounds the neck outer peripheral surface and the nozzle member 2B. However, the upper pressing plate 83 is not provided. In this case, for example, a lid piece may be provided directly in the notch groove 80b formed in the cap body 80.
The lid piece 82 is a plate-like member protruding in a cantilever manner on the upper pressing plate 83, and is provided with a partially convex spherical surface portion 84 that is fitted into the discharge port. The partial convex spherical surface portion 84 fits into the discharge port 20 by being inserted into the gap. Such a lid piece 82 can prevent leakage and drying of the container contents. In this example, a cap 9 shown in FIG. 12 is used for long-term storage. The cap 9 is formed integrally with the discharge port 20 so that it can be divided before use. The cap 9 is provided so that the discharge port 20 is opened by being divided during use. Can be resealed by fitting it to the discharge port 20.
A through hole 85 is formed in the upper part of the upper pressing plate 83 of the cap body 80 to maintain the air permeability of the internal space and promote the drying of the cleaning brush 60 after use.
Next, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 15, the oral cleaning tool 1 </ b> C according to the present embodiment supports both ends 60 b of the cleaning brush 60 by a pair of support arms 36 and 36 branched in a bifurcated manner at the tip of the brush member 3 </ b> C. A brush portion 6C is provided. More specifically, the cleaning brush 60 is pivotally supported by the distal end portion 36a of each support arm 36. When cleaning, the cleaning brush 60 moves on the surface to be cleaned according to the back-and-forth movement of the oral cleaning tool 1C. The cleaning brush 60 rotates and is preferably used mainly as a cleaning tool for tongue.
On the base end side of the support arms 36, 36, as in the first embodiment described above, an inner peripheral surface 30 is provided that contacts the outer peripheral surface 21 of the nozzle member 2C when mounted on the nozzle member 2C. A pair of holding arms 31, 31 that hold the outer peripheral surface 21 of the nozzle member 2 </ b> C more than half a circumference as the holding means 5 are projected from the left and right end portions sandwiching the inner peripheral surface 30. ing. Similarly, the nozzle member 2C is provided with a ring-shaped protrusion 24 around the outer peripheral surface 21, and the ring-shaped protrusion 24 is formed on the edge 31a at the tip of the holding arm 31 where the support arm 36 is branched. By being locked, the movement of the nozzle member 2C toward the base end side is restricted.
Thus, the tip portion of the nozzle member 2C held by the brush member 3C via the holding arms 31, 31 protrudes between the support arms 36, 36 of the brush member 3C, and the discharge port 20 thereof is used for the cleaning. It is held at a position facing the vicinity of the side surface of the brush 60.
The support arms 36 and 36 are each formed in a substantially U-shape bent approximately 110 ° to the same side in the middle, and the discharge port 20 of the nozzle member 2C is bent to the support arms 36 and 36. When the cleaning brush 60 pivotally supported by the distal end portion 36a of each support arm 36 is moved on the tongue by being positioned in the vicinity of the line segment that connects the portions 36b, the discharge port 20 that opens above the tongue is moved. The contents are more dripped, and the contents are reliably attached to the cleaning brush 60.
Since the other structure is basically the same as that of the first embodiment, the same structure is denoted by the same reference numeral, and the description thereof is omitted.

According to the oral cleaning tool of the present invention, the nozzle member is configured separately from the brush member provided with the cleaning brush, and the contents such as the chemical solution are supplied to the cleaning brush of the brush member from the outside of the brush part. Compared to a conventional oral cleaning tool in which a nozzle and a brush are integrally structured, the contents are supplied reliably and smoothly while simplifying the structure, and no sanitary problems occur.
In addition, since the resistance force from the brush at the time of cleaning does not act directly on the nozzle member, it is not necessary to provide the support strength to the nozzle member itself, and the outer diameter is kept small and the usability in the oral cavity is remarkably improved. The content can be applied to the cleaning brush with one hand while cleaning the oral cavity, and the same feeling of use as that of a conventional cleaning brush can be maintained.
Further, the brush member has a brush portion protruding from a cleaning brush in a cantilever shape at the tip, and a discharge port of the nozzle member faces a brush portion outer surface on the cleaning brush base end side, Since the holding means for holding the nozzle member from the outer surface is provided, interdental cleaning can be performed particularly efficiently while applying the contents to the cleaning brush.
Further, the brush member has a brush portion formed by supporting a cleaning brush on both ends with a pair of support arms branched in a bifurcated shape, and the discharge port of the nozzle member is in the vicinity of the side surface of the cleaning brush. Since the holding means for holding the nozzle member from the outer surface is provided at the facing position, tongue cleaning can be performed particularly efficiently while applying the contents to the cleaning brush.
Further, as the holding means of the brush member, a step portion is provided that engages with the proximal end portion of the nozzle member or the shoulder portion of the container body and regulates the movement of the nozzle member toward the distal end side with respect to the brush member. The interval between the discharge port of the nozzle portion and the side surface of the cleaning brush base end portion is more reliably maintained.
In addition, since the grip portion along the outer surface of the container body is extended on the proximal end side of the brush member, even if the contents are reduced and the container body is easily deformed, the mouth cleaning tool is secured by the grip portion. And the brush member is prevented from being detached from the nozzle member.
In addition, according to the cap of the present invention, it is possible to prevent the cleaning brush from being damaged or adhere to dirt when being carried or stored, and to hold a sufficient excess space in the cap body by holding the neck portion with the holding piece. However, it is possible to attach to a slim brush member, and further, a lid piece that closes the discharge port can prevent leakage of contents, drying, adhesion of germs, and the like.
Further, an upper pressing plate for holding the nozzle member on the inner peripheral surface side of the neck portion is provided between the upper ends of the holding pieces, and the lid piece is protruded at a position facing the gap of the upper pressing plate. As a result, the upper pressing plate can prevent the nozzle member from falling off, and more effectively prevent the contents from leaking out, drying, and adhering bacteria.
Moreover, since the partial convex spherical surface part inserted in a discharge outlet was provided in the said cover piece, a discharge outlet can be sealed more reliably and it can prevent drying and various bacteria adhesion more effectively.
