A laser module comprising semiconductor laser elements LD and collimator lens 19 and photo fiber 13, the laser light beam B emitted by the semiconductor laser element LD is collimated by the collimator lens 19 and converged by the optical converge lens 12 which provided in a related position in which the incidence end surface of the photo fiber convergence, wherein there is provided with a CAN package 10, for first package contained the air-tightly sealed semiconductor laser elements LD and furthermore a second package P2 contained the incidence end surface of the air-tightly sealed photo fiber 13.
