Abstract
This invention relates to a laser module, comprising semiconductor laser elements, photo fibers, an optical convergence system which is assembled at the incidence end surface of the photo fiber collecting the laser beams emitted form the semiconductor laser elements, and converge the lights with high reliability. A laser module comprising semiconductor laser elements LD and collimator lens 19 and photo fiber 13, the laser light beam B emitted by the semiconductor laser element LD is collimated by the collimator lens 19 and converged by the optical converge lens 12 which provided in a related position in which the incidence end surface of the photo fiber convergence, wherein there is provided with a CAN package 10, for first package contained the air-tightly sealed semiconductor laser elements LD and furthermore a second package P2 contained the incidence end surface of the air-tightly sealed photo fiber 13.
