200418425 (1) 玖、發明說明 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明是有關洋式馬桶的馬桶座或是馬桶蓋的自動開 閉裝置,詳細的說,是有關將馬桶座、馬桶蓋個別地自動 開閉的裝置。 【先前技術】 洋式馬桶的馬桶座或是馬桶蓋的自動開閉裝置,是各 別在馬桶座、馬桶蓋,設置別個的自動開閉裝置的日本特 開平1 1 -2 1 60 8 3號公報的技術是已知的。在此自動開閉裝 置,是驅動馬達的輸出軸及旋轉軸因爲是透過複數的齒輪 輪列連結,所以各軸是異軸形成。 但是,上述的裝置因爲具有分別具有不同軸的複數的 齒輪輪列,所以需要大的(對於旋轉軸的軸心相互垂直的 投影面)安裝面積。因此,使用於要求輕量、輕小化的溫 水洗淨馬桶座等時不方便。 本發明是有鑑於上述習知的問題點,謀求馬桶座、馬 桶蓋各別的自動開閉裝置的小型化、成本下降等。 【發明內容】 對於申請專利範圍第1項,因爲由使馬桶座或是馬桶 蓋同時旋轉的旋轉軸、及將此旋轉軸分別朝正逆方向旋轉 的驅動馬達構成,將前述旋轉軸及馬達的輸出軸呈同心配 置,所以可以縮小裝置本身的安裝面積,且因爲在馬桶座 -5- (2) (2)200418425 或是馬桶蓋的旋轉軸下方也可設置其他的功能零件,所以 在溫水洗淨馬桶座等可搭載自動開閉裝置。 對於申請專利範圍第2項,因爲是由使馬桶座或是馬 化就可以抑制軸振動等而可以提高傳達效率。 接著,參照第2 7圖,說明遊星齒輪組品B的組 序。 首先,裝設遊星齒輪64於設在載體63的遊星軸 ,將內齒輪66 —邊注意遊星齒輪64的嵌合一邊裝設 著,裝設軸63a的末端部於設在軸承65的軸承凹部 ,爲了確保遊星齒輪64的動作領域而設在載體63的 隔片63b的細徑圓筒部63c插通設在軸承65的貫 65b並藉由鉚接,將載體63、遊星齒輪64、軸承65 li的周壁31j及被收納於設在旋轉軸40的〇形環溝40 的〇形環40c來防止水從貫通孔31i侵入。 在此,使用隔片67安裝外殼31a的理由,是因遊星 齒輪機構本身在功能上需要正圓,將其直接安裝於外殼 3 1 a的話,外殼3 1 a的圓筒部3 1 g也需要正圓度,而使尺 寸公差嚴格,成品率變差,所以藉由形成在隔片67的山 部6 7e、外殼31a的凸條31r以略點接觸將製造公差可以 由隔片6 7的彈性變形吸收的構造,就可使外殼3 1 a的圓 筒部3 1 g的製造容易。 接著,一邊注意遊星齒輪64及恒星齒輪38b的嚙合 ,一*邊將第3齒輪38插入遊星齒輪機構內,一邊注意小 齒輪37b及大齒輪38a的嚙合和大齒輪37a及小齒輪34b 的嚙合一邊將第2齒輪插入固定軸31k。 最後,藉由將第3齒輪38的軸孔3 8c插入設在外殼 31b的軸311內,同時,將軸31k的先端插入軸承31m內
