Abstract

The present invention provides a royal jelly refining device, a clip device for the refining device, and a device for squeezing tube so that a simple device with which royal jelly is filtered in a short time even in a mountain in China so that royal jelly with high activity, high quality and high purity is obtained. The royal gel refining device comprises a container (5), which is constructed as a hollow cylinder having an opening portion (3) at its one end. 吸收之後,再於被稱爲“心臟管”的器官處被製作成蜂王 乳,然後從位於蜜蜂頭部的被稱爲“咽頭腺”的器官分泌 出來。 養蜂人雖然經常使用糖水來取代蜂蜜,但是,糖水與 蜂蜜比較之下,餵食糖水的工蜂所分泌出來的蜂王乳的成 分和活性這兩個方面都遠比不上餵食蜂蜜的工蜂所分泌出 來的蜂王乳。也就是說,將餵食糖水的工蜂所分泌出來的 -6 - (3) (3)200306788 酸、葉酸、泛酸、雙硫代酸、肌醇、乙醯膽鹼、7 -氨基 丁酸等。而且蜂王乳在於醫學界中視被認爲對於生活習慣 病、癌症、心臟病、腦溢血等具有效果。例如:促進免疫 細胞工作以活化免疫力、具有抑制發炎的作用、鎭痛作 用、消除氧自由基、抑制耐性菌的產生等等方面,具有優 異的作用效果。 在日本國內之蜂王乳的過濾方法是採乳之後隨即將幼 蟲、蜂蠟作成的蜂巢的破片放進入“瓊脂擠型器”之類的 無論是在於活性或新鮮度都已經大幅劣化。 例如:雖然在於移蟲至採乳作業的階段爲止的過程, 係與日本相同,但是,卻未執行最重要的工作一即「養蜂 人家以手工方式在養蜂場進行過濾的工作」。雖然在採乳 作業時,已經將幼蟲去除掉了,但卻是以混入著蜜蜂的死 骸、蜂巢的破片、其他異物的狀態,在常溫狀態下持續地 保存在1公斤裝、3公斤裝、5公斤裝的容器中。爾後也 是在常溫狀態下長時間放置後,等到累積到一定量的蜂王 乳之後,才被運送到位於都會區的精製工場。 在這個階段才放進冷凍倉庫內以-8 °C進行冷凍保存。 以這種方式從各地採集後被冷凍保存起來的蜂王乳是匯集 到公噸的單位之後,才被送到精製工場,經過解凍作業之 後,再以人手進行過濾作業。 例如:在於事業規模較小的養蜂人家是以第6圖所示 的方式,將構成蜂王乳之精製裝置1 0 1之呈圓筒狀的筒狀 體103的其中一端的開口部105,以棉布107包起來,再 然而,以中國的現況水準而言,根本無法想像可以在 中國的深山內地的養蜂場設置發電機、電冰箱等,而且也 尙未確立確實的流通手段,即使實施了養蜂場作業上的改 善,其販賣價格也是與以往的方法所製作的相同價格,因 -9 - (6) (6)200306788 此,目前的實際狀況’養蜂人家反而是不想增加額外的麻 煩作業。 也就因此,在於以往的蜂王乳的精製方法中,由於中 國的深山內地的養蜂場並不對於採乳後的蜂王乳施行過濾 作業,而是以混入著蜜蜂死骸、蜂巢破片、髒東西等的狀 態長時間放置在常溫中,並且是以常溫狀態運送到位於都 會區的精製工場之後,才加以冷凍保存,並且匯集到一定 的量之後,才進行過濾、攪拌,所以蜂王乳因爲(1)受到 紫外線的照射,(2)接觸到空氣中的酸性成分,(3)接觸到 金屬之二種因素’其結果將導致了蜂王乳原本所具有的優 異的活性型成分被破壞殆盡之問題。 更詳細地說,蜂王乳的弱點有五點,第一 ··因空氣中 的二氧化碳等的微量的酸性成分而導致活性變差。第二: 很怕紫外線的照射。第三:很怕81以上的高溫。第四: 與金屬接觸的話,將會產生化學變化。第五:接觸到無機 酸的話,將會產生化學變化。然而,當進行攪拌時,蜂王 乳將會與空氣混合在一起,而且又是使用金屬製的杓子, 所以蜂王乳會與金屬性的物質相接觸而導致成分受到破 壞。 此外,採乳後的蜂王乳內是混合著蜜蜂的死骸、蜂巢 的破片、髒東西等而變成水分爲65%之高粘度的非常重 的膏狀蜂王乳,所以容易讓作爲過濾布用的棉布1〇7塞 住,而導致過濾以及攪拌的處理耗費更多時間,進而使得 蜂王乳曝露在空氣中的時間變得更長,使得其成分劣化並 -10- (7) (7)200306788 且活性減少,鮮度也降低。 再者,以往在中國的蜂王乳的精製方法中,係實施上 述的冷凍、解凍、冷凍過程之兩次的冷凍。然而,雖然藉 由冷凍可以保持蜂王乳的鮮度,但是蜂王乳中所含的有效 成分中的其中一種被稱爲“ 10脛基2癸烯酸”的脂肪酸 將會立刻變成結晶,一旦結晶過後的上述癸烯酸就無法輕 易地溶解,因此,存有:將會變成上述的癸烯酸的含量變 少的品質度較低的蜂王乳原乳的問題點。 此外,其他的主要成分的r-氨基丁酸、乙醯膽鹼等 也是應該要避免冷凍,尤其是長期冷凍保存。 更何況,譬如以魚爲例的話,在日本的冷凍技術是將 活生生的魚藉由使用氮氣的瞬間冷凍、急速冷凍方式予以 冷凍起來,而中國的這種將蜂王乳在於常溫下放置幾天之 後的蜂王乳原乳予以低速冷凍的作法,相當於將釣上來的 魚放置幾天之後,才予以冷凍保存的方法,當然是無法維 持鮮度了。以上所說明的品質低落化的中國產的蜂王乳原 乳在於國內國外進行買賣,而這就是目前中國的養蜂人 家、養蜂產品市場的實際狀況。 此外,以往的蜂王乳之精製裝置101,是以兩手分別 握持住筒狀體103和活塞部113來進行操作,所以在操作 上相當麻煩,而且作爲過濾布用的棉布107也只是一般的 平織的棉布而已,很容易起毛球而造成阻塞,或者’棉布 上的網目歪斜導致網目大小不一,而存有無法進行高純度 且良質的精製過濾之問題點。 -11 - (8) (8)200306788 本發明是爲了解決上述課題而開發完成的,其目的是 在於提供:例如在於中國的深山內地這種沒有電源供應的 養蜂場,亦可藉由以簡單的裝置在很短的時間內就進行過 濾,而可獲得高活性、高品質、高純度的蜂王乳之精製裝 置、使用於此一精製裝置的緊夾裝置以及擠軟管用裝置。 【發明內容】 本案的第一發明的蜂王乳之精製裝置,其特徵爲:該 裝置是由:爲了收容蜂王乳而製作成一端具有開口的筒狀 體的容器;和可自由拆卸地覆蓋到此一容器的上述開口側 之具備了用來送出蜂王乳的送出口的蓋部;和被夾置於這 個蓋部與上述容器的開口端之間,用來過濾精製容器內的 蜂王乳之過濾器;和爲了要將上述容器內的蜂王乳從上述 過濾器擠出,而將容器的筒狀體的側周面設置成可伸縮的 風箱狀(蛇腹狀)的活塞部;所構成的。 因此,想要進行精製過濾的蜂王乳是從開口投入到容 器中,然後將過濾器與蓋部安裝到容器的開口側。藉由按 壓該容器的底部來使風箱狀(蛇腹狀)的活塞部收縮的話, 另一端側插入用的貫通孔。 因此,先將軟管狀體的另一端側插入到貫通孔之後, 即可很容易將軟管狀體捲絞於旋轉體上,所以可讓軟管狀 體內的蜂王乳很有效率地被捲絞壓榨出來。 又,本案的第十發明的擠軟管用裝置,其特徵爲: 將可令軟管狀體內的蜂王乳從設在軟管狀體的其中一 端側的過濾器擠出去之可從上下方來夾住軟管狀體的另一 端側之兩個夾片;以及令這兩個夾片作動的作動片予以製
