200302987 環之各旋動支點位於與連動構件之移動方向爲相同之直線 上的情況下,連結環係可在隔件之移動方向上圓滑地進行 旋動。 此外,在申請專利範圍第1 1項方面,係於申請專利範 圍第6至8項中任一項所記載之商品搬出裝置中,具備有 隔件移動機構’係由使外周接觸於隔件之凸輪、以及可將 凸輪旋動至任意之旋轉位置的操作部所形成,且使隔件因 應於凸輪之旋轉中心與外周之間的偏位量來進行移動。 藉此,再加上申請專利範圍第6至8項中任一項之作用 ,以操作部而使凸輪旋動後,便將隔件因應於凸輪之旋轉 中心與外周之間的偏位量來進行移動,因而形成可微調整 隔件之移動量。 在申請專利範圍第1 2項中有,一種商品搬出裝置,爲 具備有:商品收容部,爲將商品於上下方向堆積、重疊, 以進行收容;搬出機構,係將商品收容部內之最下位的商 品一個個地朝下方落下、搬出;藉由使配置在商品收容部 內之隔件於寬度方向移動,而任意地調整商品收容寬度, 其特徵在於,將前述隔件經由多數之連結環而被連結至商 品收容部內之寬度方向一端側上,同時,將各連結環之一 端或另一端呈移動自如狀地連結於隔件側或商品收容部側 之上下方向。 藉此,因各連結環之一端或另一端爲呈移動自如狀地連 結隔件側或商品收容部側於之上下方向,故而形成隔件爲 不致影響到各連結環之上下動作而可在水平方向進行移動 -14- 200302987 此外,在申請專利範圍第1 3項方面,係於申請專利範 圍第1 2項所記載之商品搬出裝置中,係具備有連結環,爲 在前述連結環之一端或另一端於上下方向呈移動自如狀的 連結之側的構件上,使一端被連結、而另一端則被連結至 前述連結環之中間。 藉此,再加上申請專利範圍第1 2項之作用,形成爲即 使旋動連結環,隔件之上下位置亦不會產生變動,且可將 隔件藉由連結環而經常地呈水平移動。 此外,在申請專利範圍第1 4項方面,係於申請專利範 圍第1 2項所記載之商品搬出裝置中,係具備有補強構件, 爲被配置在前述隔件側,且至少連結局部之多數的連結環 〇 藉此,再加上申請專利範圍第1 2項之作用,藉由被連 結至連結環之補強構件,而提昇隔件之強度。 此外,在申請專利範圍第1 5項方面,係於申請專利範 圍第1 2至1 4項中任一項所記載之商品搬出裝置中,係具 備有隔件移動機構,爲由至少局部被連結至多數之連結環 且該等連結環爲在上下方向移動呈相互進行連動與旋動狀 的連動構件、以及使連動構件於上下方向之任意位置進行 移動之操作部所形成,藉由連動構件之上下動作,而使隔 件移動。 藉此,再加上申請專利範圍第1 2至1 4項中任一項之作 用,當藉由操作部而使連動構件於上下方向移動後,與其 -15- 200302987 連動之多數的連結環便同時地旋動。 此外,在申請專利範圍第1 6項方面,係於申請專利範 圍弟15項所記載之商品搬出裝置中’係構成爲在藉由前述 連動構件而將連結環進行旋動前,僅有連動構件僅以所定 量於上下方向進行移動,在連動構件上係設有導引部,爲 藉由前述上下方向之移動而將所定之連結環導引至隔件之 移動方向、且使其僅旋動所定量。 藉此,再加上申請專利範圍第1 5項之作用,當藉由而 將連結環進行旋動前,僅有連動構件於上下方向進行移動 ,且藉由連動構件之導引部而使所定之連結環導引至隔件 之移動方向、且僅以所定量來進行旋動,因此,即使是在 連結環之各旋動支點爲在與連動構件之移動方向爲相同直 線上的情況下,亦可將連結環圓滑地於隔件之移動方向進 行旋動。 此外,在申請專利範圍第1 7項方面,係於申請專利範 圍第1 2至1 4項中任一項所記載之商品搬出裝置中,係具 備有隔件移動機構,爲由使外周接觸於隔件之凸輪、以及 可將凸輪旋動至任意之旋轉位置的操作部所形成,因應凸 輪之旋轉中心與外周之間的偏位量而使隔件移動。 藉此,再加上申請專利範圍第1 2至1 4項中任一項之作 用,當藉由操作部而使凸輪旋動後,因應凸輪之旋轉中心 與外周之間的偏位量而使隔件移動,因此,形成可將隔件 之移動量進行微調整。 【實施方式】 -16- 200302987 第1圖至第1 2圖所示係爲本發明之第1實施例,第1 圖係爲商品搬出裝置之局部正面斷面圖,第2圖係其分解 立體圖,第3圖係爲搬出單元之立體圖,第4圖係其底面 圖,第5圖係其局部側面斷面圖,第6圖及第7圖係爲開 閉板之動作說明圖,第8圖係爲商品維持板及抵接構件之 側面圖,第9圖係其平面圖,第1 〇圖係其動作說明圖,第 1 1圖與1 2圖係爲商品搬出裝置之動作說明圖。 此種商品搬出裝置係被使用在收容有紙盒、罐頭、瓶子 、或是寶特瓶等商品之自動販賣機。作爲此種構造,係由 下列構件所構成,即;多數之商品收容部1 0,係將商品A 於上下方向一列列地堆積重疊、進行收容:以及搬出單元 2 〇 ’係將各商品收容部1 0內之商品A由下方一個個地搬 出。 各商品收容部1 〇係如第1圖及第2圖所示,藉由縱長 中空狀之區隔構件11而在分別在共計2個爲一組的寬度方 向上進行區隔,區隔構件Π係被安裝在用以覆蓋商品收容 部1 〇之側面及背面之斷面爲倒c字型的收容板1 2上。亦 即,在收容板1 2內上爲藉由區隔構件1 1而形成有被區隔 爲共計2個的商品收容部1 〇,該等係形成爲在寬度方向上 倂設呈多數狀。此外,在區隔構件Π之下端側上,係設有 用以露出局部之搬出單元20的開口部11 a、1 1 b。 搬出單元2 0係如第3圖、第5圖、第8圖所示,係構 成如下,即:單元本體2 1,係被插入至區隔構件1 1內; 一對之開閉板2 2,係爲開閉各商品收容部1 0之下面;一 -17- 200302987 對之商品維持板2 3,係於各商品收容部1 〇內進行伸出沉 入;旋動限制板2 4,係將朝向開閉板2 2之下方的旋動限 制在略水平位置上;一對之輔助板2 5,係卡合在開閉板2 2 上、且朝下方旋動;第1彈簧2 6,係將開閉板2 2朝上方 彈推;第2彈簧2 7,係將輔助板2 5朝下方彈推;馬達2 8 ,係驅動各開閉板22及各商品維持板23 ;抵接構件29, 係使各商品維持板2 3突出於各商品收容部1 〇內;售完檢 測機構3 0,係爲檢測各商品收容部1 〇之售完狀態。 單元本體21係被形成爲覆蓋搬出單元20之前面、上面 、以及背面,其兩側面係被分別開放。此外,在單元本體 2 1之上下方向略中央及下端側上係安裝有補強構件2 1 a、 21b 〇 各開閉板22係被配置在各商品收容部1 〇之下端,將各 個一端側經由支軸22a而呈旋動自如狀地支撐在單元本體 21上。在開閉板22之一端上係設有卡合至輔助板25與售 完檢測機構30之卡合片22b,在開閉板22之下面係設有 收容輔助板25之凹部22c。 各商品維持板23係被配置在各開閉板22之上方,各個 上端係經由支軸2 3 a而呈旋動自如狀地被安裝在滑動板2 3 b 之下端側。滑動板23b係呈於上下方向移動自如狀地設在 單元本體2 1,在其上端側方面,則安裝有用以使滑動板23b 於上下方向進行移動之操作銷2 3 c。如第3圖所示,操作 銷23c之一端側係呈於上下方向移動自如狀地插入至設在 單元本體21之前面的長孔23d內,在長孔23d內,係設有 200302987 使可卡合操作銷2 3 c之多數之溝2 3 e相互於上下方向上隔 有間隔。亦即,藉由將操作銷23c卡合至任意之溝23 e, 而形成可變更商品維持板之上下方向的位置。 旋動限制板24係被形成爲略半圓形,且形成爲朝被配 置在各開閉板22之下方的水平方向上進行旋動狀。亦即, 如第4圖所示,當旋動限制板24位於橫跨各開閉板22之 雙方時,任一個開閉板22係均藉由旋動限制板24而限制 朝向下方之旋動、保持在封閉狀態,當旋動限制板24朝任 一方之開閉板2 1側旋動後,另一方之開閉板22便會使前 述旋動限制解除、且朝下方旋動,而形成爲使該商品收容 部1 0之下面開放。 各輔助板25係被配置在開閉板22之下方,而各個一端 側係呈旋動自如狀地安裝在開閉板22之支軸22a上。此外 ,在輔助板25之一端上係設有卡合至開閉板22之卡合片 22b的卡合片25a,卡合片25a係爲,當開閉板22對於輔 助板2 5係在僅開啓所定角度(/)後,便形成爲卡合在開閉板 22之卡合片22b之狀態。 第1彈簧26係由被捲繞在開閉板22之支軸22a的螺旋 扭力彈簧所形成,其一端係卡止在開閉板2 2之下面,另一 端則卡止在輔助板25之上面。亦即,藉由第1彈簧26而 使開閉板22對於輔助板25朝上方進行彈推。 第2彈簧2 7係由被捲繞在開閉板2 2之支軸2 2 a的螺旋 扭力彈簧所形成,其一端係固定在單元本體2 1之補強構件 2 1 b,另一端則卡止在輔助板2 5之上面。亦即,藉由第2 - 19 - 200302987 彈簧27而使輔助板25朝下方旋動般地進行彈推。此外, 在本實施例中,係於各彈簧2 6、2 7中採用螺旋扭力彈簧, 不過’亦可使用壓縮線圈彈簧或板彈簧等其他的彈推裝置 〇 馬達2 8係被配置在單元本體2 1之上部,且構成爲可正 轉及逆轉狀。在馬達28中,延伸至單元本體2 1之下端爲 止的驅動軸2 8 a係經由齒輪單元2 8 b而連接,在驅動軸2 8 a 之下端係安裝有旋轉限制板24。亦即,馬達28係被連接 至自動販賣機之控制部(未圖示)’且形成爲藉由控制部而 來用以驅動控制。 抵接構件2 9係由形成爲縱長之凸輪狀的構件所形成, 且呈一體性旋轉般地被安裝於驅動軸2 8 a。偏離於抵接構 件2 9之徑向上的部分方面,係設有相互於上下方向隔有間 隔而配置之多數的凹部29a,在各凹部29a之下側方面則 形成有形成與各商品維持板2 3之間的接觸部之傾斜面2 9b 。亦即,如第9圖所示,當抵接構件2 9藉由驅動軸2 8 a而 將任一方進行旋轉時,在商品維持板2 3之對應位置上的凹 部2 9 a之傾斜面2 9b係抵接於商品維持板2 3之背面上部, 且形成爲商品維持板2 3爲在商品收容部1 〇側上進行旋動 狀。在此情況下,各凹部2 9 a之傾斜面2 9b係形成爲與商 品維持板2 3進行面接觸狀,同時,於局部之凹部2 9 a中的 傾斜面2 9 b之傾斜角度係形成爲與其他凹部2 9 a之傾斜面 29b不同。例如,如第1〇圖所示,於上方之凹部29a中之 傾斜面29b之傾斜角度0 1係被形成爲大於在下方之凹部 200302987 2 9 a中之傾斜面2 9b的傾斜角度0 2。藉此,接觸於上方之 凹部2 9 a之傾斜面2 9 b之商品維持板2 3的突出量L 1 (由突 出於商品收容部1 〇內之商品維持板23之前端至單元本體 2 1爲止的距離)係形成爲,相較於接觸至下方之凹部29a之 傾斜面2 9b之商品維持板2 3的突出量L2,爲僅增長△ L。 在此情況下,各傾斜面29b係可設呈傾斜角度爲形成有共 計3道以上之不同。此外,各傾斜面29b亦可爲緩緩地於 上下方向將不同地傾斜角度依序來進行配置、或是將傾斜 角度不同之傾斜面29b於上下方向配置呈複數。 售完檢測機構3 〇係由連動於開閉板2 2而進行上下作動 之連動構件3 1、以及藉由連動構件31之上下作動而進行 開啓-關閉之微動開關3 2所形成,且分別被設置在各個開 閉板2 2上。連動構件3 1係由單元本體2 1之上端側而朝下 端側跨越、延伸,該下端側係以卡合至開閉板2 2之卡合片 2 2b而彎曲呈L字型。此外,連動構件3 1之上端側係用以 壓下微動開關3 2而彎曲呈L字型。微動開關3 2係被配置 在馬達2 8之齒輪單元2 8b內,且將與連動構件3丨之間的 卡合部分突出於外部。亦即,在該售完檢測機構3 0中,當 開閉板22朝上方旋動後,開閉板22之卡合片22b係卡合 在連動構件3 1之下端側、且壓下連動構件3 !,藉此而以 連動構件3 1之上端側來使微動開關3 2之接點3 2 a壓下, 以形成將售完檢測信號輸出至自動販賣機之控制部(未圖示) 。此外,如第6圖所示’當開閉板2 2藉由商品本身的重量 而朝下方旋動後,伴隨於朝向開閉板22之卡合片22b之上 200302987 方的旋動,連動構件3 1係藉由未圖示之彈簧等而上升,藉 此,以連動構件31之上端側來使微動開關32之接點32a 之壓下解除,以形成無法輸出售完檢測信號之狀態。 如上述所構成之搬出單元20係爲,將隔件2 1 c配置在 單元本體2 1之背面側、且在區隔構件1 1內由下方插入, 於區隔構件1 1上藉由螺鎖等來固定。此時,單元本體21 之兩側面係由區隔構件1 1之側面所覆蓋,搬出單元2 0之 各開閉板3 3及各商品維持板2 3係由區隔構件1 1之開口部 1 1 a露出,在此情況下,雖使單元本體2 1之兩側面開放, 不過因藉由區隔構件1 1之側面以覆蓋至下端側,故而在商 品收容部1 〇內之搬出單元20側上係不會產生段差。此外 ,在單元本體2 1上係無須另外加裝側板,因此如第1圖所 示,區隔構件Π之寬度尺寸τ係形成爲與區隔構件1 1之 各側面之板厚T1、以及單元本體21之寬度尺寸T2相合之 尺寸。 其次’在前述商品搬出裝置中,當由商品收容部i 〇搬 出商品A的情況下,搬出單元2 〇之馬達2 8係如第1 i圖 所示般的旋轉’以將旋動限制板進行旋動。此時,抵接構 件29係與旋動限制板24 —同旋轉,抵接構件29之傾斜面 29b係抵接至商品維持板23、而商品維持板23則自商品收 容部1 〇側突出。藉此,商品維持板2 3係卡合至由下方數 來第2個之商品A,該商品a係藉由商品維持板2 3所維持 。之後’當繼續進行旋動限制板2 4之旋動後,便藉由旋動 限制板24而解除開閉板22及輔助板25之旋動限制。藉此 -22- 200302987 ,如第1 2圖所示,輔助板2 5爲藉由第2彈簧2 7而朝下方 進行旋動的同時,輔助板2 5之卡合片2 5 a係卡合至開閉板 22之卡合片22b、且開閉板22係與輔助板25 —同朝下方 旋動’使商品收容部1 0之下面開放而落下、搬出最下位之 商品A。 此外,在前述之商品搬出裝置中,在將商品變更成外形 尺寸不同之物等情況下,而在欲調整商品維持板2 3之位置 的情況下’爲藉由滑動板23b之操作銷23c而將商品維持 板2 3於上下方向移動至任意的位置。此時,藉由將商品維 持板2 3對正於抵接構件2 9之任意的凹部2 9 a,便可設定 成因應於該傾斜面29a之傾斜角度之商品維持板3 2的突出 量。 如此,若藉由本實施例之商品搬出裝置時,爲使單元本 體2 1形成爲使其兩側面進行開放狀的同時,並將單元本體 2 1之兩側面藉由區隔構件1 1之側面所覆蓋,因此,在商 品收容部1 0內之搬出單元2 0側上係不會產生段差,且可 確實的防止因段差所造成之搬出不良。在此情況下,在單 元本體2 1上係無須另行安裝側板,因此區隔構件1 1之寬 度尺寸係可僅減少該部分,而可將裝置整體達成於寬度方 向的小型化。 此外,當商品收容部1 〇內之商品A沒有時,便藉由第 1彈簧26而將開閉板22朝上方旋動,藉由與其進行連動 之售完檢測機構3 0而檢測商品之售完狀態,在此構造中, 在商品搬出時,係設置有藉由以第2彈簧2 7之彈推力而使 - 23- 200302987 開閉板22朝下方旋動之輔助板25,藉此,不僅是商品A 本身的重量,而是藉由開閉板22之強制性的旋動而使商品 收容部1 〇之下面開放,因此不受到第1彈簧2 6之影響而 可將商品A迅速且確實地搬出,即使是輕量商品亦可確實 地防止搬出不良。 再者,將前述抵接構件29改變與商品維持構件23間之 上下方向的接觸位置,藉此而形成可任意的調整朝向商品 收容部1 0內之商品維持構件2 3之突出量,因此,可將商 品維持板2 3經常地因應於商品之外形尺寸、且設成適當地 突出量,而可確實地防止因不適當地突出量所造成之搬出 不良。 在此情況下,在使商品維持板2 3突出至商品收容部1 〇 內的抵接構件29上,設置有接觸商品維持板23之多數的 傾斜面2 9b,且將局部之傾斜面2 9b之傾斜角度形成爲與 其他傾斜面之傾斜角度不同狀,商品維持板2 3之突出量係 形成爲因應傾斜面2 9b之傾斜角度的突出量,因此,可藉 由各傾斜面2 9b而經常地將商品維持板2 3之突出量維持成 正確狀,進而可達到提昇信賴度之目的。 此外,係使商品維持板2 3與傾斜面2 9 b之間呈相互的 面接觸,因此,將不會因局部性的接觸而產生摩耗,進而 可長期的維持構件的壽命。 第1 3圖至第20圖所示係爲本發明之第2實施例,第1 3 圖係爲商品搬出裝置之局部正面斷面圖,第1 4圖係爲其分 解立體圖,第1 5圖係爲隔件單元之側面圖,第i 6圖係爲 -24 -
