Description

present invention relates to a system for matching requests from users who are requesters to request matching from a provider who serves those requests And a way to pair requests from users who are requesters to the providers who service those requests.  Prior art The present invention seeks applications in many fields, Especially in the structure of classification, among them, A user who is a requester wants to make a request from an interested group, that is, A plurality of providers collectively classified.  The present invention seeks special applications for trade classification, among them, Providers are grouped according to the goods or services they provide.  Such a trade classification is currently implemented in a local trade register, Such as Yellow Pages® or Thomson Directory® in the UK, And when looking for goods or services, A person will use the local business register to locate a provider for the goods or services.  When using such a business register, A person will first decide which classification of goods or services is most likely to be provided, Review the corresponding section in the business register, Select one or more providers, These providers are then notified by telephone. When these providers are notified by phone, The same request, For example, "Can you provide goods / services X at cost Y by date Z?  " Will be repeated for each provider. usually, Especially if the request is specific, For example, "Do you have 200300534 auto parts in stock? " The person will have to notify many selected providers over the phone before finding a provider that can satisfy the request. This is especially the case where more than one provider must be identified, For example, Such as allowable cost comparisons, Transmission time and so on.  Such a procedure is that it must be time consuming to first identify possible providers and then establish a dialogue with many providers until one or more providers are identified who can satisfy the request, And the phone costs associated with each phone notification from many providers are also quite high.  Although the present invention will seek specific applications regarding trade classification, The invention also has applications for many other classification structures.  One such other classification structure is the broadcast classification, among them, A request is broadcast to multiple providers, It enables a response from all those providers, And provide records of one or both of the positive and negative from these providers and the providers who did not respond. Such classifications can be found in applications that obtain information in response to a query that creates a market list or polls, for example.  Another such other classification structure is group classification, among them, People with common interests are grouped together, To allow a request to be made by a requestor as a provider, The requestor may be all or part of a provider in the group classification or other persons in the group classification. An example of a group classification is a local help group whose members provide help on a committee basis, among them, Requests for help can be made by members.  A further such classification structure is task classification, In 200300534, A request is an implementation of a number of providers requesting a job.  Such classifications will look for specific applications in this collaborative environment, among them , Requests can be implemented by a specific department, such as a procurement or marketing department.  A further such classification structure is the promotion classification, among them, A specific promotion is executed, Typically tied to a short period of time, And supported by multiple providers. An example of a promotion classification is a holiday period. For example, during a fixed-price weekend, among them, Providers are expected to join promotions that select this category. In a preferred embodiment, These providers are able to opt in or out of the category based on the goods or services provided by the providers.  SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a pairing system and method. In this embodiment, The inbound call management unit 5 includes an intrusion detector between the inbound conversation voice response module 11 and the inbound call application management module 13. Such as to monitor intrusions by third parties, Typical is the identification of abnormal packets. And thus the confidentiality of the inbound call application management module 13 is provided.  In this embodiment, The communication between the inbound conversation type voice response module 11 and the inbound call application management module 13 is implemented through the VoiceXML communication protocol.  In this embodiment, A request file generated by the inbound call application management module 1 3 contains: At least one classification identifier, This classification identifies the element as the number called, Which is the phone number called by the requester, And the classification identification element identifies the classification to which the request will be paired; A requester identifier, In this embodiment, The requester identification element is a call line identification element (c a 丨 1 i n g 1 i n e identification, CLI), That is, the system or the provider who responded positively responded to the phone number contacted by the request, And the requester identification element identifies the request; And a request file, The request file corresponds to the request to be relayed to the provider, In this embodiment, A voice file corresponds to the voice request to be relayed to the provider. In an alternative embodiment, The requester identifier is a telephone number derived from the call line identifier of a requester or information phone 30 200300534, For example,  Contains a verification code provided by the requester when implementing the request.  In an alternative embodiment, As will be described in more detail below, A request file generated by the inbound call application management module 13 includes a location, Identification element, The position identification element identifies the position of the search center, among them, The position of the requester cannot be based on the provider identification unit 3 3 a, 3 3 b, The decision of the requester in 3 3 c is decided. A typical example of the requester identification system allowing the location of the requester to be determined is that the requester is not listed on the directory and the requestor does not have an address for the calling number or the calling phone Is a mobile phone, Or the requester needs an alternative location for the search center. In this embodiment, The location identifier is a phone number. In addition to the number of the calling phone, It is provided by the requester to represent the location of the search center.  In this embodiment, The first classification feature database 15 is a structured query language database.  In this embodiment, Elements of the inbound call management unit 5, That is, the inbound chat voice response module 1 1 The inbound call application management module group 1 3, The first classification characteristic database 15 and the requester information database 17 are located at the same location.  In other embodiments, The inbound conversation type voice response module 11 and the inbound call application management module 1 3 can be located at the same location,  And one or both of the first classification characteristic database 15 and the requester information database 17 can be located at a long distance. In this embodiment, The inbound 31 200300534 call application management module 1 3. The communication network between the first classification characteristic database 15 and the requester information database 17 is a virtual private network. In a further embodiment, One or both of the inbound chat-type voice response module 11 and the inbound call application management module 13 can be located at a distance. And the first classification characteristic database 15 and the requester information database 17 are at the same position.  In a further embodiment, All elements of the inbound call management unit 5, That is, the inbound chat voice response module 1 1 The inbound call application management module 1 3, The first classification characteristic database 15 and the requester information database 17 can be installed at a distance.  The call management system la, Each of lb further includes a file storage 19 for storing the classified welcome words and prompt words of the provided category. As mentioned above, In one embodiment, The file storage 19 stores a request file for each request from the requesters. The storage of the request files enables the request files to be retrieved, And therefore the request files do not need to contain the request files, When the requested files are much smaller, Provides significantly increased communication flow for the same system capacity.  The call management system la, The operation of the inbound call management unit 5 of lb will be described later.  Each of the inbound call management units 5 receives an inbound telephone call from the requester communicator 20 on the individual inbound telephone line 7. In this embodiment, The telephone with the specific inbound call management unit 5 32 200300534 receives the telephone call indicated by the called number, This is the phone number called by a requester.  In this embodiment, among them, The matching system was constructed to operate as a trade classification matching system, A requester can choose from a plurality of classification portals corresponding to different types of goods and service providers.  Each of these classification entries has a telephone number that a requester must dial to access the pairing system for that classification, And in this embodiment, Is to determine the search criteria implemented by the pairing operation,  The classification identifier of the pairing condition and the ending condition, It is described in detail in Xia Dazhong. In one embodiment, Each category entry can contain a summary of one or both of these services or items, This enables a requester to decide which correct classification to use for that particular request is selected.  For every inbound call, The inbound chat-type voice response module 1 1 transmits the called number and the calling number, that is,  The caller identification of the communicator 20 of the requester, The call communicator to the inbound call application management module 1 3. In this embodiment, The Requester Communicator 20 can be a fixed telephone, A mobile phone,  Fixed / mobile phone combination or a personal digital assistant.  The inbound call application management module 13 then queries the called number in the first classification characteristic database 15 And take out the category welcome word file identifier, Display to the requester with the "category" greeting When the called number is not related to a category, For example,  33 0 200300534 where the called number was previously used in combination with a category and is not currently used, The inbound call application management module 1 3 instructs the inbound conversational voice response module 11 to execute an "unspecified classification version", It displays a "unspecified category" greeting and closes the call link.  Since the call communicator 20 does not have call line identification, as when the call line identification system is disabled, The inbound call application management module 1 3 instructs the inbound conversational voice response module 11 to execute a "number reservation" version, It shows a "Number Hold" welcome, It instructs the requester to enable the call line identification of the calling phone, Or provide a verification code as a register to verify the requester.  In this embodiment, The system is constructed only when the inbound call system has a call line identification, Allows one requester to make one request.  The communicator 20 enabled by requesting call line identification can prevent the requester from abusing the system and responding directly to a third party.  In the case that the call communicator 20 has a call line identification, The inbound call application management module 13 looks up the table in the requester information database 17 for the call line of the call communicator 20, To confirm the requester ’s information, Contains confirmation that location information is available for this call line identification system, And the preferences of the requester who obtained the preset, such as whether the requestor details for the requester are provided to the provider or retained.  The call line identification at the call communicator 20 is a fixed communicator, And the requester information database 17 includes the location information of the call line identification for the calling phone, the inbound call application 34 200300534 management module 1 3 determines the call communication based on network information Position of device 2 0, And instruct the inbound conversational voice response module 11 to execute the "action requester" version. In this embodiment, The cell identification unit using the call communicator 20 is used, To determine the location of the requester, The cell recognition unit represents the cell, It is a geographical area, among them, The call communicator 20 is located, The inbound call application management module 13 refers to the cell identifier in the requester information database 17. To get the position of the call communicator 20. In other embodiments, The call communicator 20 of the requester is capable of triangulation, Radio positioning or satellite positioning such as satellite positioning system (GPS).  In the case where there is a call line identification and the location cannot be determined by the call line identification, For example, if the requester is not in the directory, that is, the requester has requested the service provision without revealing the location information of the number corresponding to the requester's communicator 20, and the requester did not provide the location information, The inbound call application management module 13 is a lookup table for a search vector ′ corresponding to the classification of the called number in the classification characteristic database 15 to determine whether there is a vector for processing position independent requesters. In the case of having a vector for processing position-independent requesters, The inbound call application management module 1 3 instructs the inbound conversational voice response module 1 1 to execute a "location required" version, It shows a "required location" greeting, And prompt information about the requester ’s location, This is typically a known call line identification enabled phone number, Location information is retained in the classification characteristics database 15 As the search center 0 35 200300534 In the case of a call line identification and the call number is a transfer board (manual or automatic), The inbound call application management module 1 3 instructs the inbound conversational voice response module 11 to execute a "transit board requester" version.  Under the "fixed requester" version and the "action requester" version, The inbound conversational voice response module 11 executes a "category title" welcome word corresponding to the extracted category welcome word identifier, And then the requester implements a request for the request, "requests to mention the market", and welcomes Division S. For example, In the case where the called number corresponds to the category "toy store", In this embodiment, The corresponding welcome word will be "Welcome to the ResponsaTM Category for Toy Stores" and the "request for withdrawal" welcome word is "Please leave your request after a single tone and hang up when finished" .  Under the "Transfer Board Requester" version, The inbound conversational voice response module 11 executes a "category title" welcome word corresponding to the retrieved category welcome word identifier. The "extension identification" greeting, which typically provides the requester with an extension number, by typing in the number or through a voice response, And then the requester implements a prompt "request prompt" greeting for the request. In this embodiment, The "request prompt" greeting is played only after a keystroke on the call communicator 20, The keystroke confirms that the extension number of the calling communicator 20 is presented. For example, In the case where the called number corresponds to the category "toy store", In this embodiment, The "Category Title" greeting will be "Welcome to the ResponsaTM Category for Toy Stores", The "Extension Identification 36 200300534" , The greeting will be "please leave your extension number after a single tone" and then press X. " And after the keystroke of the request, The “request reminder” welcome word is “please leave your request after a single tone and hang up when finished”.  In the case where a requester wants to set an alternative preference ’, for example, Retaining this preset is for contact details provided by the provider to the provider, Provide an alternative search center location ’or alternative search parameters, The inbound conversational voice response module 11 provides keystroke input to set these preferences.  In this embodiment, The inbound chat voice response module 11 is constructed to form a record of allowed requests, Such as a requester making mistakes in recording a request through a pre-keystroke.  In this embodiment, The inbound conversational voice response module 11 is constructed to enable the request to be reviewed before starting a pairing operation 'and is replayed here.  In this embodiment, After a predetermined time after the "request prompt" greeting or when the inbound chat voice response module 11 is able to recognize that the requester hangs up, The call link is closed.  In one embodiment, The inbound call application management module 1 3 stores each request in the file storage 19 under a specified file name.  The call management system la, Each of lb further includes an outbound telephony management, 0TM) unit 21, The outbound call management unit 21 is used to manage the provider on the outbound line 2 3, which is preferably 37 200300534 of the overall service digital network, up to the provider communicator 2 4 and the requester communicator 2 Outbound call for requester on 0.  The outbound call management unit 2 1 series contains: An outbound interactive voice response,  01VR) Module 2 5, It is connected to the outbound line 2 3, To make outbound calls to providers and requesters; And an outbound telephony application management,  0ΤΑΜ) module 2 7,  The outbound call application management module 2 7 is used to select a unit 3 3 a according to a provider, 3 3 b, 3 3 c The received call file schedules and directs the call to the outbound conversational voice response module 25. In this embodiment, The call file can be scheduled based on a priority flag that has, for example, a status report for a requester with a lower priority than the provider's request.  During operation, In the case of an outbound appeal to a provider, The outbound chat voice response module 25 is dialed to the number of the provider communicator 24 identified in the call file.  In the case where the call made by the outbound conversation voice response module 25 to the provider communicator 24 is answered, This outbound chat voice response module 2 5 series implements a "regeneration request" version, It first played a "VRS Welcome" greeting, For example, "VRS Cosmetologist", Followed by a first short mono, And then replay the request to that provider, It is followed by a second short tone. In this embodiment, The request was' relayed, Here it is replayed, Without any questions, Such as through speech recognition, Because such actions as 38 200300534 are not needed; The classification is specified by the called number. In an alternative embodiment, The request can be queried, It requires a more elaborate or more careful matching system.  Upon hearing the request, The provider has the option of responding,  Each of them has an associated keystroke:  "accept", It is to confirm that the request can be satisfied. For example, The request was "Do you cut your hair?"  " That is, in the case where the requester only attempts to obtain detailed information of the local beautician, And the request is sham, The provider will respond with "Accept".  "may", It indicates that the request may be fulfilled, However, the provider must confirm. When the request is more complex, Such as "Can you cut my hair at 15:30 next Tuesday? " The provider can recall if the appointment is fully booked next Tuesday afternoon, However, you will need to check whether the time period is free, In that case, The provider will respond "maybe."  "Refuse", It confirmed that the request could not be fulfilled. In this embodiment, Hanging up the phone is equivalent to choosing "Reject" for that response.  "Inappropriate", It is an indication that the request was not intended for the classification to be inappropriate or incomprehensible.  "Abusive", It indicates that the request was considered abuse.  In this embodiment, The responses of these providers are recorded, Such as enabling the classification manager to monitor the behavior of the providers, And in particular the act of allowing the provision of a target to the requestor and part of the requester, And even the prohibition of the requester or provider if the behavior is not accepted 39 200300534 An "inappropriate" response is a record of the provider of such a response and the requestor who implemented the request Repeated “inappropriate” responses may result from situations where the requesters or providers are confused about the purpose of a classification.  In addition, An "abuse" response is a record of the provider of such a response and the requestor who implemented the request, And in this embodiment, In addition to aborting a pairing operation, Repeated abuse requests created by confirmed “abuse” responses have resulted in the individual requesters being banned from using classification or even the entire matching system. In this embodiment, Repeated “abuse” responses by providers, typically above the average of a classification, were also investigated.  When the provider provided a positive response, that is, In this embodiment, The response chooses either "Accept" or "Maybe" The outbound interactive voice response module 2 5 series implements a "received" version, It broadcasts a "response received" greeting, Followed by a short mono, And update the call file, Contain a positive response identifier and send the updated call file to the initialization provider selection unit 3 3 a, 3 3 b,  3 3c.  Where the contact details of the requestor have been retained, The "received" version also plays a "contact details reserved, , welcome.  In the event that contact details are not retained, The "received, , The version also provides the contact details of the requester, This is followed by a short mono. In one embodiment, The provider was able to record the details of the requester and then call 200300534 the requester. In another embodiment, The provider is able to reach the requester directly through a predetermined keystroke. In the case where the requester is online, When the provider is also online, The requester has direct access to the provider.  In the case that the caller's call communicator 20 is from an extension of a manual transfer board, The "received" version also provides the phone number of the adapter board and the extension of the requester, To allow the provider to navigate the adapter board.  In the case that the call communicator 20 comes from an extension of a non-manual transfer board, The “received” version also plays a “Please stay online until you hear a single tone” greeting. During the period before the tone, The details of the provider are provided to the requester 'and the requester therefore provides an opportunity to directly connect to the provider who is still online. In cases where an immediate connection is required, The requester is connected to the provider 'and thus establishes a session. When the immediate connection is not established 'the requester can then contact the provider.  In this embodiment, The system is structured to allow the "received" version to be re-executed with a predetermined keystroke.  In this embodiment, A positive response is not the response to choose "accept, , That is "possible". In other embodiments, And especially in some categories, The matching system can be constructed to look for "acceptance only as a positive response, In this embodiment, The “replay request” version also plays a “please reject or accept only” welcome message and all “possible” and “reject” responses are considered negative responses.  In the case that the outbound conversation voice response module 25 implements the call to the provider 41 200300534 is not answered, The outbound conversational voice response module 2 5 designates one of the following states as a call state identifier to the call file, that is, "Number may be obtained", among them, The number reserved for the provider communicator 24 is not available, "Combined", among them, The numbers reserved for that provider are combined, And "Dial Out and Record", among them, The number reserved for the provider was dialed out and there was no response. Update the call file, Including the relevant call status identifier and transmitting the updated call file to the initialization provider selection unit 3 3 a, 3 3 b, 3 3 c.  The call management system la, Each of lb further includes a call management (telephony management,  TM) communication network 2 9,  It provides one to the first main communication network 3, And to the inbound call management unit 5, In this embodiment, the inbound conversation type voice response module 1 1 and the inbound call application management module 1 3 The file storage 19 and the outbound call management unit 2 1. The information retained by each provider includes the name of that provider, The address of the provider, The contact number of the provider, 200300534 features of the provider, And system history information, Contains the number of the request being transmitted, Positive response number, that is, In this embodiment, It is one of the "accept" or "possible" responses, And in other embodiments, In response to an "accept" The number of the negative response, that is, In this embodiment, Is a "reject" response, And in other embodiments, Is a "reject" or "possible" response, One of the number of the "inappropriate" response and the number of the "abuse" response. In this embodiment, The classification information database 37 is a spatially combined database. that is, A data providing space operation. The provider list building unit 4 3 contains a provider selection module 4 4. It is structured to generate a list of one or more candidate providers based on a predetermined list mechanism for the classification in which the request is made, And when the list mechanism uses a position-based vector, It is based on a search center that is usually the location of the requester, However, it is also possible to specify an alternative location for the requester, Or a search was re-implemented to the location of the first provider who responded positively to a request. As will be described in more detail below, The generation of multiple candidate provider lists is a mix of provider providers, For example, A mix of local and national providers.  In this embodiment, The provider selection module 4 4 uses the following list mechanism to generate a list of one or more candidate providers. List mechanism A-closest to this list mechanism is based on a spatially related parameter 'typically direct (point To the point), distance, The distance traveled to this search center or time 45 200300534 time, A candidate provider list is generated which is closest to the candidate provider. In one embodiment, The list of candidate providers can be rounded down, This includes a predetermined number of closest providers to the search center. In another embodiment, The list of candidate providers can be rounded down to the upper limit of the spatially related parameters, That is, all providers included in a space area of a predetermined size.  List mechanism B-closest cluster This list mechanism generates a list of candidate providers representing candidate providers that are the closest set of providers to the closest cluster, It satisfies the cluster characteristics of the classification in which the request was made, In this embodiment, The cluster property defines the closest cluster as the closest set of providers,  It includes at least one predetermined number of closest providers to the search center, Is typically a direct (point-to-point) distance, A predetermined size travel distance or travel time.  List mechanism C-Maximum Density Cluster This list mechanism generates a list of candidate providers representing candidate providers who are a cluster but not necessarily the set of providers closest to the cluster, It meets the density characteristics of the classification in which the request was made. In this embodiment, The density characteristic defines the cluster as a collection of providers, It is the highest number of providers contained in a first spatial area, It is typically a direct (point-to-point) distance, A travel distance or travel time of a first predetermined size within a second spatial area of a second predetermined size which is larger than the first spatial area and whose center is near the search center. This list mechanism is effective to locate the largest city or city in the geographic area. 46 200300534 And avoid providers being outside the main concentration area, Its system may be widely dispersed. therefore, It is expected that the list mechanism will be used together as part of a series of searches.  List mechanism D-arc This list mechanism is a list of candidate providers that generates candidate providers from within an arc of a circle. The circle has a predetermined arc angle, And typically a direct (point-to-point) distance to the search center, An arc of a predetermined distance or travel time of a first predetermined size or smaller radius is a radius of a second smaller distance surrounding a predetermined number of candidate providers. In this embodiment, The candidate provider list is based on a typical direct (point-to-point) distance, Sorted by travel distance or travel time, The closest series is at the top of the list. In the case of re-implementation due to the unsuccessful pairing operation, Subsequent arcs in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction are used. This list mechanism has been developed for high-density providers with a variable in an area of interest, And the requester is enthusiastic about identifying providers within a general direction of travel extended by the search center. In this embodiment, The arc of the circle is arbitrarily selected.  List mechanism E-all This list mechanism is based on a spatially related parameter, Is typically a direct (point-to-point) distance, A travel distance or travel time of a predetermined size around one of the search centers, A list of candidate providers is generated for all candidate providers in a space area.  47 200300534 List Mechanism F-Threshold 値 This list mechanism generates a candidate list of candidate providers that meet the threshold 値 characteristics of the classification in which the request is made. In this embodiment, The threshold characteristic defines a provider that meets a predetermined threshold condition, For example, above or below at least one threshold condition. Examples of threshold conditions include sales, number of workers, Quality level, And delivery speed.  The provider list creation unit 4 3 further includes a provider classification module 4 5. The provider classification module 45 is used to classify the candidate provider in the candidate provider list generated by classifying a predetermined classification mechanism of one of the classifications proposed by the provider classification module according to the request , Instead, a provider contact list is generated. In one embodiment, The generated provider contact list can be dropped.  In this embodiment, The provider classification module 4 and 5 can use the following classification mechanism _ · Classification mechanism A- None This classification mechanism provides a list of candidate providers without classification. The provider contact list has the order of the candidate provider list generated by the provider selection module 44.  Classification mechanism B-Random This classification mechanism generates a provider list by randomizing the candidate provider list generated by the provider selection module 44.  Classification mechanism C-Take turns. This classification mechanism is to generate a supplier contact list by classifying the list of candidate providers generated by the supplier selection module 4 4 based on the last contact with the providers. 48 200300534 , To confirm that those providers are based on a specific ratio, Rotate contacts with recently contacted providers listed at the bottom of the list. In this embodiment, A record of previous contacts with these providers is maintained.  Classification mechanism D-closest This classification mechanism is based on a spatially related parameter, It is typically the direct (point-to-point) distance to the search center, Travel distance or travel time to classify the candidate provider list generated by the provider selection module 44 to generate a provider contact list, The closest requester series is the first, Sequential to the second and so on.  Classification mechanism E-grading This classification mechanism is to sort the candidate provider list generated by the supplier selection module 44 according to a specific classification parameter. And generate a list of provider contacts, For example, With sales value, number of workers, Quality level, And delivery speed.  The classification mechanism is particularly suitable for searching for providers whose location is not important. These providers will easily become providers across the country, And the locations of those providers are only relevant to the providers surrounding the location of the requester. A typical classification would be insurance services in contact with these providers by telephone.  It should be understood that This classification mechanism can generate a list that does not include certain providers, And for that reason, Departments are often used as part of a series of searches.  In this embodiment, In the case where the list creation conditions for a selected category require more than one contact provider list, 'the list creation unit 4 3 is constructed to integrate multiple provider contact lists', 49 200300534 produces a single offer Contact list. The creation of a single provider contact list from a plurality of provider contact lists is to find, for example, a mixture of regional and national provider providers for selected applications. A typical classification of such a contact list of providers is suitable for computer vendors, among them, A requester may want a local provider or a national provider.  The provider contact list established by the list creation unit 43 includes a plurality of status fields for each provider entry, There is a restriction that a provider can be included in only one domain. In this way, The status of the provider can be maintained. Several states can be aggregated,  This means that the request was not transmitted, These departments include "usable" "Out of work", "combined" and "dial-out" status. The final response status includes "Accepted", "Refuse", "may", "Inappropriate" and "Abused" status.  When building a provider contact list, A database query was implemented, To establish which provider is available. The list is checked and the providers are classified as "available" and "off work" status.  As each "off work" provider becomes available, An event was asked, To move the provider from the "off-duty" domain to the "usable" domain.  Similarly, When every "usable" provider becomes unusable, One incident was questioned, To move the provider from the "available" domain to the "off duty" domain.  In one embodiment, The provider selection unit 3 3 a, 3 3 b,  3 3 c is a redefinition center of the search center that can be constructed to provide the location of a 50 200300534 provider providing the first positive response. When the redefinition center is enabled and a provider has been identified who has provided a positive response, The provider list creation unit 4 and 3 are restarted, To generate a further provider contact list using the location of the identified provider as the search center. Such a redefined center is used to identify providers who are only likely to be close, So trying to avoid the identification of widely distributed providers, For example, The two providers in opposite directions are thus far from the search center. The retargeting center will look for applications that identify many providers with relatively close settings visited by the requester, It is desirable to enable comparisons of the services or goods provided by the providers.  When scheduling to the call management system la, In the call file of the outbound call management unit 21 of lb, The file scheduler 41 is built to perform a calculation, To calculate how many providers can be called simultaneously and whether the call is "accepted only". This number is used to determine whether the "in progress" list of providers to be contacted is able to accommodate another provider. If another provider can be accommodated ', the first provider from the "available" list is used. If the "available" list is empty, The file scheduler 41 waits for a "combined", "dial-out" or "off-duty" provider to become available. A further interface method is used, To move a provider from one list to another, This allows the file scheduler 41 to move an "in progress" provider to the final response state, Such as "accept" "Refuse", "Maybe" and so on. This is the same method used to move between "available" and "off work" 51 200300534 and vice versa. Using the same method allows multiple tests to be performed, Such as when the provider is "off work," Ask a "combined" provider.  The provider selection unit 3 3 a, 3 3 b, 3 3 c is constructed to terminate the search if the matching conditions are met, Or if the matching conditions are not met, One of the following suspension conditions is enabled. In this embodiment, For each category, Any suspension conditions can be enabled or disabled. To the extent any suspension conditions are enabled, The provider selects unit 3 3 a, 3 3 b, 3 3 c is to terminate the search if the suspension conditions are met, And a suspension report is sent to the individual provider.  In this embodiment, The suspension conditions are as follows:  Abortion A-Number of Rejections For this abort event, When a predetermined percentage of requesters on the requester contact list for that individual request have been contacted, The suspension was generated. The provider selection unit 3 3 a, 3 3 b, 3 3 c is structured to reach as many selected providers as possible, In the event that the telephone number used for these providers is combined or dialed out without a response,  Retry the provider. As those skilled in the art can understand, The phone number used for some providers can always be combined or dialed out, And so, The system does not necessarily have access to all selected providers.  Suspend Event B-Elapse of the scheduled period For this Suspend Event, When a predetermined period has elapsed, The suspension was generated. In a preferred embodiment, Suspension occurs at the beginning of a predetermined period, Because the request was made by the requester, Or 52 200300534 when the percentage of one of the scheduled providers on the contact list of that provider used for a request has not been contacted within a predetermined period, The suspension is generated, Because the request was made by the requester.  Abort event c-abuse request For this abort event, A suspension occurs in a predetermined number of cases, In this embodiment, Two providers reported that a request was abused, Then an "abuse" response will be the choice for one of those providers.  Abort event D-inappropriate request For this abort event, A suspension occurs in a predetermined number of cases, In this embodiment, Two providers reported that a request was inappropriate, An "inappropriate" response would then be a response option for those providers.  .  Abort event E-list exhaustion For this abort event, an abort occurs when the list of contacts for the contact is exhausted. In a preferred embodiment, the number of "incomprehensible" or "inappropriate" responses is set to a number greater than 1, for example 2 or 3, making a single "incomprehensible" Or the "inappropriate" response was not enough to cause the pairing operation to be aborted because of a careless provider's proposal or due to a simple error on the provider. In the event that the system does not meet the matching conditions within a reasonable time, the requester is contacted and given a progress report. The system continues until either the pairing condition or one of the suspension conditions is met. 53 200300534. If the suspension condition is met for a request, the requester is contacted to report the results of the search and the results achieved. In general, if the requester does not hear anything, the requester can be confident that the system has successfully matched the request based on the pairing conditions used for the classification. The progress or suspension report is sent back to a transfer board requester, and the report is always after the requester's recorded name and extension number, so that the transfer board operator can send the message to The requester. In this embodiment, the system also provides delayed initiation of the pairing operation. Usually there is a situation where a person wants to implement a request and he knows that most or all of the possible providers are currently resting. The system can still be used in these situations. A requester can make a request at any time of the day, for example at two in the morning, knowing that the request is unlikely to be paired. Any selected providers that are active at that time will be contacted, allowing these providers an opportunity to respond to the request. The duration of this event will be known to all providers. The number of providers that can be used is much larger for normal daytime work for many providers. If, in this case, the requester would be given a suspension report as usual, however, the system is structured so that when a larger number of providers in the given classification are active, the The request is relayed again at another specific time. In this embodiment, the system is constructed so as to allow this feature to be surpassed by the application of a predetermined keystroke. As a default method, the action of hanging up the phone is taken to request that the request be aborted at a time when it is more likely to obtain a pairing 54 200300534. In this embodiment, the system is also constructed so that a requester can specify an alternative location for the search center that is not related to the call line identifier of the calling phone. In this embodiment, the inbound conversational voice response module 11 provides this feature to be enabled by a predetermined keystroke, and when enabled, the inbound conversational voice response module 11 1 An "alternative location" version is executed, which plays the "alternative location" greeting and prompts the requester to enter the telephone number of the alternate search center, followed by another predetermined keystroke. The system then uses the alternative location telephone number to determine the search center. The system uses only the alternative location phone number to build the provider contact list and does not use it as the calling number. The calling number, which is usually the calling line identifier, is the telephone number to which the status or suspension report is transmitted. This feature is used when the requester wants to identify the provider in a different geographical area. For example, suppose the requester travels away to visit friends on the weekend and wants to locate a French restaurant in the area to be visited. The requester will implement the "alternative location" Keystroke, and entering the alternate phone number, typically the phone number of the friend to be visited, followed by a "done" keystroke, and then leaving the request, for example, "a good French restaurant, Saturday 7:30 pm 4 people table, please call back tonight. When the contact mode is set to provide details of the requester, any provider who gives a positive response will be provided with the request The caller's number is relative to the phone number of the alternate location. 55 200300534 In this embodiment, the system is also constructed to allow a requester to stay online and then perform the pairing operation. This will typically be a request The author believes that a pairing system is likely to be reached quickly. In this embodiment, this feature is achieved by a predetermined The keystroke is enabled and disabled by repeating the predetermined keystroke. The pairing system reports every event in real time, for example, "Cut hair only, reject", "Men cut, reject", "cold ironing "Accept" and so on. In this mode, each provider that provides a positive response to one of "Accept" or "Possible" in this embodiment is assigned a specific keystroke and implements the correlation Keystrokes to establish a call to the provider. In this embodiment, for each requester, the structure selection includes a contact mode setting that allows the requester to construct the preset system , Whether to retain the contact details of the requester from the provider (in this case, any report to the requester is provided with details of the identified provider that has provided a positive response to allow the The requester contacts the providers), or provide the contact details of the requestor to the identified provider when accepting the request, so that the accepted provider can directly contact Requester. In this embodiment, the system is constructed so as to enable a requester to implement the preset contact mode setting by implementing a predetermined keystroke during the classified greeting. In this embodiment Unless specifically constructed, the preset response mode setting is set to provide details, and the application of the predetermined key is implemented to switch the contact mode setting to provide the requester's details to retain the requester's details, where, the The contact mode welcome message "Requester Details 56 200300534 Section will be retained" is played, followed by the general recording request tone. In the case where the preset contact mode is set to retain details, 'predetermined The key system is implemented to switch the contact mode setting from the reserved requester details to provide the requester details. Therefore, the contact mode welcome word "requester details will be provided" is played, followed by the general Record request tone. In a case where the contact mode setting is set to retain the details of the requester, the system that has identified the providers for a request is to call the requester at the calling number, and provide information including the providers. The suspension report in details, in this embodiment, for each provider, is the name of the provider or a contact name of a contact person at the provider and the contact number. In this embodiment, each of the providers mentioned in the suspension report is assigned a relevant key on the keyboard. To allow the requester to speed dial one of the selected providers. In the case that the requester does not take the response call by the system and the caller's calling number has a connected answering machine, the call is taken by the answering machine and the suspension report is recorded so that Enables the requester to listen to calls that return later. In the case where the call number is dialed out and the caller number of the requester does not have a connected answering machine, the system calls back during the set period until the call is implemented. At the time of registration, the structural details included the usability of the business by the provider, that is, the working hours of the business on each of the 7 days of the week. During these working hours, the system is pre-built to assume that the provider wants to receive the request. In this embodiment, the system is constructed so that the provider is allowed to remove itself from the classification, and thus does not accept any further requests. It should be noted that if the provider removes itself from the category, the provider will not appear in the list creation unit 4 by the provider selection unit 3 3 a, 3 3 b, 3 3 c 3 to any list created until the provider positively re-imports itself into the category. This feature allows business services to be closed for long periods of time, for example, holidays. Outside of business hours, the system does not contact providers who are assumed to not want to receive requests. In this embodiment, a provider can temporarily change the designated business hours by setting one of the "open shop" or "close shop" states; however, such a set business time is only a temporary function, and If the designated business hours are reset before the next business hours period, the preset business hours are used. In this embodiment, the system enables a provider to block requests by requesters who cannot be served. A typical example is that the requester's location is not a location served by the requester. Another typical example is that the provider only provides services to a specific group of people ', such as for young people and not for older people, and one request from an older person cannot be served. This does not deviate from the search, but merely avoids inappropriate contact. In this embodiment, the system also enables a provider to block requests from requesters whose contact details are reserved by the requesters. In this case, a provider may notice that competitors will secretly use the system to gather information. 58 200300534 In this embodiment, the preferences are set by a classification manager using the classification management unit 49. The matching system further includes a classification management unit 49, which provides maintenance of the classification database, that is, the classification characteristic database 15 and the classification information database 37, and the requester database 'also That is, the first and second requester information databases 17 and 39. In particular, the classification management unit 49 is an update of the provider entry, including a new provider entry, changes to the list creation parameters for any category, and including a new category. In this embodiment, the classification management unit 49 and 9 includes a network interface to allow remote operation. In a preferred embodiment, the classification management unit 49 is operated by a plurality of classification managers, each of which is assigned to and manages one or more classifications. Finally, it should be understood that the present invention has been described in terms of its preferred embodiments and can be modified in many different ways without departing from the scope defined in the appended patent application. For example, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the system is constructed using a voice request implemented by a telephone, however, using other communicators 20, 24 is expected, for example, personal digital assistant, personal Computer, set-top box, game device and game machine, that is, any device with communication function, and other formats for receiving and sending requests are also possible, for example, text-encoded requests, such as SMS services and email Image-based requests typically include static or dynamic images, such as MMS and EMS 'and fax requests. In practice, requests can be implemented in one format, for example, a voice request, and transmitted in another format, for example, a simple 59 200300534 messaging service request. In addition, the request can be a multi-format request ', for example, including a request component of voice and text encoding or a text line code and an image request component. In general, the provider is someone who responds to individual requests' but has some exceptions. One such other provider is a provider that can only receive requests and cannot respond to observations of those requests. Another such other provider is a separate provider, where a request is received by one person who is usually a decision maker who responds to the request 'and is transferred to another person for further processing of the request, for example, and Say 'to handle the customer's appointment. A further such provider is a classification provider that receives the request and redirects the request to another person. As an example of a classified provider, these providers can have a hierarchy. Therefore, "vehicle sales" can have children's "new cars" and "used cars", which can make children's cars themselves, such as Ford, Vauxhall, Flowserve and so on. The system is able to provide this hierarchy, but it is consistent with the philosophy of the best person in the human department to handle the request. The system only provides a series of classifications through human classifiers. The pairing system is as follows. A requester decided that he / she was looking for a new blue Ford Focus 1.8Ghi a. The requester dialed the telephone number for the category "vehicle sales" and left a request. The request is transmitted in the classification to the selected provider. However, a provider can be a dealer who sells many types of vehicles. For this provider, other departments have been previously constructed to have children's vehicles as described above. In this case, the person who hears the request is a classifier who decides which 200300534 department the request should be presented to. The system is constructed to recognize that the provider is a categorizer, and therefore expects to receive a key code for one of the previously set departments. Upon receiving the key code, the system presents the request to the newly identified provider, which itself can be configured as a provider of a categorizer. After repeating this step one or more times, the results will be implemented for a provider that does not require further classification. In addition, in the case where the system is used as a private pairing system, the setting for a private pairing system is similar to that described above, except that the pairing system presents the request to an internal and Provider of private matching systems. In this case, all key codes used to obtain a response are recorded because these codes allow the hierarchy to be navigated to report and provide contact details.
