Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a device for validating usual routes, carpools between a driver and one or more passengers.
Carpooling, defined as a means of transport based on the principle of sharing, between several travelers, the use of the particular car of one of them, the driver, to make a shared trip, often results from a more or less formal, passed between the said travelers. The application of the terms of the said agreement, in particular rarely involves the intervention of a third party.
Yet the management of economic sharing, corresponding to the sharing of the use of driver's car, can provide more flexibility in the use of carpooling in now a fair distribution of spending by travelers regardless of occurrences of their shared trips or, during these trips, whoever the driver. Such management, operated by a third party, hereinafter referred to as an operator, may provide a useful service to travelers. This management implies that the operator detects and validates the occurrence of the carpool, as well as the identity of the passenger (s) and driver who make up the crew during the said trip. The solutions envisaged in the literature to operate such management generally result in a compromise between on the one hand reliability of the detection and validation processes used and, on the other hand, the costs of communication serving establish this detection and validation or the constraints practices which are imposed on the traveler in the declarations he makes to the operator of his carpools.
The present invention consists in detecting and validating the occurrence and composition of the crew of a carpool, in a deterministic manner, without necessarily causing the establishment of telephone calls, and not requiring the passengers that basic actions performed with their mobile phone terminal, preferably during the course or at the end of the carpool.
- a relational database, noted BDR
- a PBX private PBX connected to the fixed switched telephone network, the said PBX being associated with a recording of recorded calls received, noted MAR.
According to a first particular embodiment of the device according to the invention, said "without need to establish telephone communication ", the PBX is provided with a command noted SCX which, when said command is activated, blocks the stalling of calls received when the signaling associated with said calls shows the number telephone number.
- an I (V k ), B bouléen attribute, whose value is "true" if the traveler's mobile telephone terminal presents its calling number by the telephone signaling associated with the calls sent from the said terminal, and whose value is "false" otherwise,
- an alpha-numerical attribute A (V k ) serving as an identifier of the traveler V k and whose value is the calling number of the mobile telephone terminal of V k , if I (V k ) = "true", or else corresponds to a identification code of V k , if I (V k ) = "false".
A titre d'exemple, la figure 1 représente R(5,3).Each traveler V k is potentially conducting C k or passenger P k , the corresponding indeterminacy being raised only for a given path. The list V k = 1, ..., N is thus divided into a list C k = 1, ..., N of potential conductors and a list P k = 1, ..., N of potential passages. The existence of a relationship between two travelers V k and V I , denoted R (k, I), is shown in Figure 1 by a connection between C k and P l . Such a relationship means that when V k is conducting and V I is passenger, then V l is a potential passenger of V k . By way of example, Figure 1 represents R (5.3).
- a (k) is the rank of the passenger P l in the list of potential passengers of C k , ordered in the direction of the increasing indices of the elements of the list C k = 1, ..., N
- b (I) is the rank of the conductor C k in the list of potential conductors of P l , ordered in the direction of the increasing indices of the elements of the list P k = 1, ..., N.
numéro num_passagers où s = b(I).
The operator information system derives information from this record that:
- the passenger V I has made a carpool trip at the time HMNp,
- for this trip he was a passenger,
- if there is a relation R (k, l) in the BDR, such that the index s of the number called num_passager s is equal to b (I), while the driver was V k,
The operator information system derives information from this record that:
- the traveler V k has made a carpool trip at the time HMNc,
- for this trip he was a driver,
- if there is a relation R (k, l) in the BDR, such that the index t of the number called the conductive number t is equal to a (k), then one of its passengers was V l ,
